"It's pretty good, equivalent to a room and a living room, the layout is reasonable, there is a refrigerator, but there is no kettle and drinking cups, the cups that can be used to brush your teeth, I don't know what it means! "I really like the style of this castle hotel. The environment is beautiful and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are complete. The restaurant is beautiful and the tableware is exquisite. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I feel the professional and high-quality service of the hotel team.
Especially when I met the Chinese front desk employee Xiao Wei, he was kind, thoughtful and professional. In particular, we left the hotel and drove down the mountain. We had a flat tire. Due to language barriers, we could not communicate with the car dealership. We had to run back to the hotel for help. Xiao Wei immediately rushed to the middle of the mountain to help us contact the car dealership. He also helped us move the luggage back to the hotel on the mountain to wait, and accompanied us to wait and instruct the driver. Finally, we arrived in Salamanca smoothly. Here we would like to thank Xiao Wei for his help and enthusiastic help. His professional and efficient business ability impressed us deeply. "The hotel is very well located, opposite the wall.
The only disadvantage was that we were given the rooms behind the reception (I understand it is for disabled) and the bathroom had a window that gave the restaurant room, Although the glass was smeriled when lighting was all seen inside, it would be good that you could fix it.
But, for the rest, and I repeat, being a 2 star has largely fulfilled the expectations."

"We were very satisfied with the location and price. We drove there from Valencia around 11 PM, and by European standards, check-in usually closes at 10 PM, but the front desk staff were still waiting for us. "This is a charming palace that has been converted into a hotel right in the heart of Avila beside the Cathedral. If you’re driving, then there is onsite parking, however, beware of the steps from the car park to the hotel if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. We unloaded outside the hotel, but had to carefully manage our way down the stairs to the car park when checking out. The breakfast room is set behind the beautiful central courtyard and the staff were friendly and attentive. As per check in and check out, fairly straightforward, but don’t expect any smiles or warm customer service."

"The reason why I chose this hotel is that it is not far from the ancient city, about one kilometer, you can reach it on foot, and the hotel has a small paid parking lot. The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastically gave us directions on the tour. When I was having breakfast, I left my clothes in the restaurant, and the restaurant waiter helped me bring them up. It's just that this hotel is too old and the facilities are not up to four-star standards. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell, similar to the smell of mutton. Only a quarter of the light strip in the room was bright. When it was first turned on, the non-lit part flickered. The stone on the bathroom sink was broken and the stone floor was pitted. Unfair. The room is very small and there are no boxes in the empty space that can be opened. There were only three different plastic clothes hangers in the closet, which seemed to have been left by the residents. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the restaurant seats were stained."

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and clean. The location was great because it was right in the train and close to the bus station. The bad thing is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations. I had very noisy neighbors that woke me up at around one am on one side, they were noisy for about one hour, then the other neighbor came back and they were noisy until about 4 am so I only got 2 hours of sleep. Also, there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the floor with rooms so if you have heavy luggage I hope you are strong and don’t mind the workout. I wouldn’ stay here again because sleep is important to me. Bring earplugs.
