"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it.
The rooms are immaculate with new renovations. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bedding, robes, and towels are all pristine. The bathroom has everything you need, and the toiletries are excellent.
The front desk staff are very friendly and professional.
The location is top-notch.
We were on a high floor, and it was very quiet, so the windows must be high-quality. We were prepared for noise, knowing the hotel is in the very center, but it was surprisingly peaceful.
The hotel building also houses a superb Tapas restaurant, one of the best in the city."

"The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. "Good hotel in a great location if you want to be near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, if you wish to be near the old town its not so good.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the metro but there are bus stops nearby, if you wish to explore other parts of the city.
The hotel itself is located next to a shopping centre, one of the hotel exits leads directly into the shopping centre, it has quite a few restaurants there as well as shops.
The rooms are fairly spacious, the bathrooms are quite nice, although i didnt like the sliding door, I would much prefer a normal shutting door.
Breakfast wasnt the best , the ”hot” food was always luke warm at best. While there was quite a selection of food to chose from, it was mostly quite basic and nothing exciting.
Bizarrely they played music in the corridors, which you could hear from your room, maybe its just me but I thought it was a bit strange.
Ultimately a nice hotel, nothing amazing"

"The hotel itself is very nice. It looks beautiful and is very clean. My problem with the hotel, and this is no reflection on the staff, is that the pool, bar, and restaurant were all closed. The weather was beautiful and the main reason we picked this hotel was based on the pool on the rooftop. That was incredibly disappointing, so if you plan on staying here any time other than the middle of summer, don’t expect to use any of the amenities."

"This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. "The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired."

Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

Cons: The entrance is too small, and the name is slightly different from the one on Ctrip, so I almost couldn't find it on my two trips; I only found it after reading reviews saying it was near the bar. Also, there was no housekeeping during my two-night stay. Otherwise, it was pretty good overall.

GGuest UserWe had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

The location of the hostel is unbeatable. It's situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the sights. Also, there are so many places to eat, drink, shop, and simply walk. It's very close to Valencia's biggest and best park.
The rooms are exactly as they are in the pictures. They're tiny, but somehow no one gets in the way. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Hot water was also present, which is, unfortunately, not something you can always count on in Valencia. So, good job, Room Valencia.
I'd like to point out some of the things they do here which are already rare at other places. First of all, you're given a towel for free. There is also body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. at the bathroom.
The sitting area on the ground floor is cozy and nice. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and so on. All in all, it was a great choice to stay here while in Valencia.

GGuest UserThis property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

You have to understand that this is a hostel, but no one can see you. If you don't want to, you can close your capsule and enjoy the solitude. The capsule opens with a card, which is very convenient. I felt comfortable.

I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush.
It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel.
District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station.
