"The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired."

"The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast"

"I liked everything; it was clean and quiet. You have to understand that this is a hostel, but no one can see you. If you don't want to, you can close your capsule and enjoy the solitude. The capsule opens with a card, which is very convenient. I felt comfortable."

"This is a proper modern hotel, not a remodeled European old building. The hotel is located just across the street from the City of Arts and Sciences and Ganhe Park. The design is business but also has a holiday feel. The room is spacious enough, the service is good, and the rooftop bar overlooks the City of Arts and Sciences. The breakfast is rich, with all the cold cuts and cheeses I can think of. It's so relaxing to go to Ganhe Park for a run in the morning. I recommend staying here."

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida.el hotel estaba completo y no hubo posibilidad de cambio.  No nos resultó cómoda  porque el baño se mojaba todo, no tenía soporte para duchador  lo que  no resultaba práctico al momento del bañado. y no tenía placard  ni ningún espacio de guardado  solo un barral movible sin perchas lo que lo hacía inutilizable.  La cama cómoda, las instalaciones modernas y el desayuno completo"

Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.

The hotel is far from the airport, and a taxi costs about 25 euros. The famous Science City is nearby, which is a 5-minute walk away. There is free parking near the hotel, and you can also park in the hotel's underground parking lot (they said it was 15 euros a day, but they didn't charge me in the end). The hotel is not easy to find. The front is not big, and there is a bar at the door. The buffet breakfast is good, with the famous Spanish ham. You can also order meals. The room is not small, and the kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook. It is very quiet, and the security nearby is also good. You can run around the hotel in the morning. There are large supermarkets and small grocery stores nearby. It is quite convenient to buy things, and it is also convenient to go to the old town and the beach. The only downside is that the underground garage is very narrow, and parking is a test of skills.

The first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia. The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

Finding the hotel from the parking lot was a bit tricky at first, as there's both an 'access to hotel' and an 'entrance to hotel' sign. However, after a day or two, you get used to it. The hotel is located above a mall with plenty of restaurants; I highly recommend the fried rice at Lemongrass. There's also a supermarket and various other shops, which is very convenient. It's a shame I left before Fallas, so I missed the fireworks. On the downside, the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was very poor, making it difficult to work.

This property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

Great location! It's in an excellent part of the city, right by the metro station. The rooms are new, modern, clean, and bright. The staff are polite, and there's a pool and fitness center. It's very cozy and quiet. For the price, it's an excellent place to stay! I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat at the hotel. Overall, I recommend it. The value for money is perfect.

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
