"I had a great stay at the Abrial Hotel in Cannes. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location close to the city centre and the Croisette. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also nice, with a good selection to start the day. It could be even better with the addition of some chicken or turkey options. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Cannes"

"The hotel has a lot of history. It's a building historic building at a wonderful location. However because the building is so old, the rooms are tiny, facilities are old, elevator are petit. The services is great and the view if your room is looking at the marina is wonderful. Otherwise it's really not the best hotel experience to expect. I'll most probably choose a different place to stay at when I return to the city."

"All the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude. That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!” I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me. I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that. I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent."

"Very well received with good, clear explanations and with a smile, the room spotless and clean, I like where the hotel is located because there are many places to park by car and the highway is not very far, and those coming by train take bus A or 1 to Cannes station which has a bus stop close to the hotel. There are many restaurants a few meters away as well as a cinema."

"It was a truly fantastic experience. The Cristal Hotel in Cannes is a medium-sized property that has everything you'd expect from a hotel: a small but welcoming reception area with very discreet and friendly staff who are always ready to help; reasonably spacious rooms with clean and efficient bathrooms, and above all, very quiet, allowing you to rest in complete relaxation. In my superior room, I found two complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules and two bottles of water every day. The hotel's location is truly strategic: a one-minute walk from both Rue des Antibes and La Croisette, in fact, it's located exactly halfway between the two, meaning you can reach the most beautiful spots in the city in an instant. "I came here because of the Marilyn Monroe wall. The quality is about the same as a three-star hotel in China. It's next to the train tracks, so it's very noisy if you don't close the windows. Facilities: Excellent, but the rooms are a bit small and the facilities are old. Cleanliness: Okay, but the cleaning is rough. Environment: Excellent location. Service: Cleaning wasn't very prompt."

"Everything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special. We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!"
