"This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Colmar Station, so no need to haul heavy luggage far. It's newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and clean, and all the facilities work perfectly.
The shower has great hot water pressure, and the heater works well too. The staff are friendly, and the lobby on the first floor is comfortable and spotless. I also appreciate that the toilet in the room is separate, which adds to the cleanliness.
The breakfast spread is decent, but it would be even better if they added some warm options like eggs or sausages.
My only minor complaints are that there's no fridge in the room, and the shower door doesn't seal properly, so water tends to leak out onto the floor, which could lead to a small flood if you're not careful."

"Great location, just outside the city center, with free parking. The room was a bit small, with very little closet space. The bathroom was good, with a nice shower and large towels. There's a kettle in the room. The bed was okay, though the mattress was a bit too firm. It's really a hotel for 1-2 nights. Breakfast was fine for €15. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also speak English. Very accessible to the parking garage, and there's also free parking in the city center."

"Lovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am."

"You have to check in by 3 PM. The hallways are strangely dark, which was odd. The elevator was out of order on the day we checked in. It's about a 20-minute walk from the train station; just turn left and go straight. All the attractions in the old town are within walking distance."

"The hotel is located about 5 kilometers from the center of Colmar, and transportation is fairly convenient. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to reach the Statue of Liberty or the airport, and the hotel is less than 500 meters away. "I had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience.
The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay."

"Went during the Christmas market event in Colmar was the night before the last day.
The accommodation in Colmar area is quite high, so I look for a place to come out a bit.
Found this place the cheapest during that time, but the same is the same higher than the normal episode.
Accommodation is only suitable for driving. Because it is not on the road
But if driving, it is considered a recommended accommodation. Not far from Colmar.
There is free ginger snacks in the room as well. In the central area there is a microwave oven available. Cleanliness, overall is good. Adequate parking
The only thing is The check-out time is 11 o'clock, but the housekeeper knocked at 9 o'clock, we said that we haven't checked out yet. After a while, knocked again. 10 o'clock, knocked and would open the key card even though I haven't checked out yet.
Until we thought we had misunderstood the time so I took the things down even though I haven't finished dressing well
Come to tell the staff below He just listened and said to hang the sign for no disturb. I have all the things carryed, so I didn't go up anymore. Which we told the housekeeper 2-3 rounds Still trying to come in. What I don't understand is here"

"A perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and there is a coffee machine in the room. The front desk has good English and the service is very thoughtful. The only drawback is that because the hotel is very new, their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of accommodation at all. Because the hotel is in the city center, it does not have its own parking space, but there are parking spaces around and on the main street nearby, and the price is very cheap. We just caught up with the olive picking season, and the hotel also thoughtfully arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive orchard and experience picking in person, and arranged their own olive oil tasting picnic in the olive orchard, and then participated in the whole process of making olives picked by themselves in the olive oil extraction workshop. It was my first time to experience olive oil making in my life, which was very memorable. It happened to be the birthday of my companion in the middle, and the hotel also arranged a surprise bouquet and red wine, which was really thoughtful."

"This hotel is amazing, seriously, is it an Ibis Styles property or something? The room was great, and it felt like it was set in a historical building; I even saw tourists peeking in from the back gate. It's super close to the main tourist area, just around the corner. The mini pastries at the front desk were delicious, and they even had fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast! I walked through the park to get here, was impressed at first sight, and even more satisfied after staying."

RosandaI wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. It is at a walking distance. A very beautiful hotel with cleaning, renovated rooms and helpful staff. We made two room reservations for both families. They were both very beautiful. The Gutenberg hotel in Strasbourg was also very beautiful for the Diana group. Thank you.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the famous Little Venice. The lobby is cozy, and the rooms are comfortable. Plus, the minibar drinks are complimentary! The breakfast is also quite good. 👍

The hotel is located in the heart of Colmar, at the town's entrance and exit, making it easily accessible. However, parking in the town is extremely difficult. I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

Tahsin ÇınarIt has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much

We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

Location is about 10 - 15mins walk to the Central train station. So if you plan on traveling outside Colmar, this is a pretty good location.
It is also around 10mins walk to the Little Venice canal and old town. So yeah, location is convenient.
The room is basic; no kettle, no fridge, no toothbrush/sandal. But you pay for what you get anyway.
