"The hotel benefits from a prime location, which is definitely its strongest point. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The rooms are very basic, furnished with old, minimalist pieces that feel worn and outdated.
Basic amenities were lacking—there were no bath towels provided upon arrival, and they were only supplied the following day after I had to request them. Breakfast service was also disappointing. Even an hour after opening, and two until the end of service, there were no fruits or boiled eggs available, despite indications that these items had been offered earlier.
The dining area was not well maintained, with dirty tables left uncleared. I Had to clean the table for use. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for managing reception, restocking breakfast items, and cleaning tables, which significantly impacted the level of service.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in cleanliness, staffing, and basic guest amenities."

"A hotel with a grand and impressive interior that befits the majestic history of Nimes. Location is perfect, right beside the historic amphitheatre. Front desk staff speak good English and were about to give us useful, money-saving tips about parking on a Sunday (namely, street parking is free). "Overall, service was fine except for breakfast staff being slow to reset smaller tables. I also waited several minutes for check-in as the employee was on the phone for an extended time to take a reservation.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very central and several tourist sites are within walking distance.
I had a tasty burger in the hotel restaurant. There is a decent selection of wines by the glass."

"Very large and comfortable bed with good, related cover - that we enjoyed after nights in other ***hotels only with wool cover over lakens. Prima modern shower!!! , skill and to enjoy, perfectly clean! Rooms are large and have coffee machine (have no breakfast, want to have breakfast in the place). Parking like in every old town is difficult, but helpful would be an indication of which parking house nearby you can best use and direct control. Otherwise very good stay in the hotel, would always like to stay there again. Very satisfied. Recommended!"

Guest UserThe hotel has a beautiful facade and is very close to the Roman arena, museums and restaurants. The breakfast is great, the interior is very new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak good English.
For a 5 star hotel and the price paid, I expected the room to be larger and a bit higher spec. However the beds were really comfortable. I didn’t expect to be questioned when I asked for extra coffee for the room or for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom to be hanging off the wall. Also disappointing was the chipped coffee cup we had at breakfast, though the food was first class, plentiful and varied.
It’s a shame it is difficult to access by car and that parking is some distance away but then Nîmes is an ancient city with many narrow one way streets.
All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it to friends.

Après explication, je n’ai rien payé
2) le paiement de deux petits déjeuné (44€) que j’aurais pris??????? Alors que j’étais chez des amis pour prendre le petit déjeuner chez eux.
Ça veut dire que n’importe qui peut utiliser les services de la restauration sur le compte d’autrui
Je veux signaler que j’ai terminé mon agréable séjour sur une fausse note

Als ich an die reception stand suede ich mit einem „ich höre“ angesprochen statt einem freundlichem „bonsoir.“
Ausstattung ganz ok. Preis/Leistung sich. Allerdings ist vieles nicht sauber. Zum bsp. Die ecken km badezimmer oder flecken am boden.

Environment: The environment is quiet, the location is also good, it takes ten minutes to get off the highway. The yard is quite big, there are many parking spaces and free parking.

Prima hotel voor op doorreis naar Spanje. Vriendelijk personeel en mooie entourage. Zwembad is heerlijk na een volle dag rijden. Locatie is qua afstand naar centrum van Nimes top alleen de locatie ligt aan een zeer drukke weg. Was het enige minpunt. Verder tophotel

Guest UserSuperb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

駅からとても近いです。
夜に着いて早朝に出発したのでただ寝ただけですが
バスタブもありました。お湯は溜められるタイプでは無かったので工夫して溜めました。
電気ケトルがあったので、便利でした。お茶菓子も用意してくれていました。
時間的に利用出来ませんでしたが近くにスーパーや飲食店も揃っています。
闘牛場も徒歩ですぐなのでその点は良いと思います。

L'appartement était fonctionnel et propre. L'hôtel est proche d'un arrêt du tramway et de bus. Il y a des restaurants, un supermarché, une boulangerie et une pharmacie proches de l'hôtel.
Le personnel est accueillant.
Le seul problème rencontré est l'étroitesse des box pour les voitures. Nous n'avons pu mettre qu'un seul vèlo sur les 2 à côté de la voiture dans le box que nous avions loué à l'hôtel. Le coût du garage est de 10 € par nuit.
