Pantin Hotels with Wifi

"We arrived quite late, around 1 AM. Upon arrival, we called the reception and were immediately assisted. There's nothing to complain about regarding the service, which was responsive and pleasant (although 24/7 reception would have been nice for late-arriving guests). The hotel's location is also a strong point, with the RER and metro nearby making transportation easy. However, a few improvements would be appreciated. In the bathroom, the shower holder should be placed higher. Some tiles were also in poor condition, and I almost injured myself with the old metal plug in the bathtub. Furthermore, having complimentary water bottles in the room would have been a nice touch. Finally, in the morning, only coffee was offered; a wider selection of beverages would have been welcome, especially for a 3-star hotel. Overall, the stay was good, but these few points could be improved to better match the advertised standard."

"Beware of deposits and taxes. Trip.com showed a local tax of €50, but I was charged €60. On top of that, despite having paid in advance, I was double-charged for the hotel stay. Both times, when I showed them the billing screen on the app and explained, they apologized and corrected it, but it's best to double-check carefully when paying. I checked out yesterday, but my deposit hasn't been refunded yet. They said it would be refunded today, so I'll be frequently checking my banking app. The hotel was clean. There was a spider in the bathroom, but I managed to deal with it. I could get a toothbrush by asking at the front desk. Towels were changed daily. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body cream, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a water dispenser were provided. Note that there is no refrigerator."

"In order to see the hotel booked by the idol concert, the interior of the hotel is quite satisfactory, but the street outside is a lot of black people, the Chinese supermarket clerk reminded me not to bring any logo when I went out."

"This is from my experience in room only have showe&shampoo gel and hand soap, paper glass for toothpaste, 2 towels, 2 hair towels and hair dryer. The staffs are barely English communication and also if you scan QR code in the room. It's link to the hetel facilities like amenities, therefore as guest can request some of amenities like shaving set, shower cap or cotton bud etc. The results is some staff don't understand what I'm asking, some people said no, some people said they don't have this amenities. I have doubts what is the standard of Ibis?"

"The hotel room was clean, tidy, quiet, spacious and with good city view. The service was a bit slow when asked to repair the sinkhole (not a big deal anyway, can be improved). No kettle in the room created inconveniences when need to make some hot drinks during late night (unless you don’t mind to go all the way down to the lobby and boil hot water by yourself). The surrounding of the hotel - day time was fine, but a bit too quiet or feel unsafe at night especially after 9.00pm. However, the hotel frontline receptionists were friendly and helpful."

"I was very pleased with both the cleanliness and the service. Everything was very comfortable. Huge thanks for the water – I was there during a heatwave and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I absolutely love you guys! Thank you for that :)))) I came for a concert at Zenit, and it's located right nearby. The metro entrance is directly outside the hotel exit, which is incredibly convenient. Yes, the area isn't the safest, but since the metro is almost right at the entrance, everything was fine. I really liked the service at reception; check-in was very smooth. The beds were incredibly clean and fresh. For my next concert at Zenit, I'm coming back to you!"

"A very comfortable apartment with everything basic to make small meals. Very nice and available officials. A little old and outdated, but quite clean facilities. A little away from the centre of Paris but accessible in metro and station right in front of the hotel."
