Aisyah MumaryUnfortunately I didn’t rest well here as it’s quite noisy. Noise from other guests next doors and you can hear people walk or open/close doors. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is not the best choice. However, I appreciate the warm and easy services from all workers and free ride to/from the airport.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ ( ̄▽ ̄~)~

Kucinta SetiaThis airport hotel is actually named D'prima Wellness Center. It sells sportswear for golf and provides room and accommodation for tourists and passengers on transit. It is located next to Pelita Air check-in counters at Cengkareng Terminal 3.
To reach D'prima Wellness Center, enter Gate 4 to the Departure Hall after exiting the Arrival Hall, going up the external escalator and walking for less than a minute. Look for Yoshinoya Restaurant which is on the right of D'prima Wellness Center before arriving at the double-level airport hotel.
Toiletries are limited to toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, body wash and shampoo.
Breakfast starts at 6 am. Before that, breakfast packs are being prepared near the reception for guests who have paid for room packages with free breakfast. So, I eat breakfast at Bangi Cafe on the left of the hotel before I check-in for my Pelita Air flight back to Singapore by 5.20 am local time.

Couldn't handle a tough layover, so I booked this hotel near Terminal 2. It was super convenient with a 24-hour front desk, and check-in was really fast – just a 50,000 IDR deposit. The room was very clean, and they thoughtfully provided water and toiletries. It was exactly what I needed to rest up!

Guest UserArrived in Jakarta late at night and had an early morning flight the next day, so I chose this capsule hotel inside the airport for a temporary stay. It was much better than I expected. You can store your luggage in a locker, though the soundproofing isn't great. If you check in early, you might get woken up frequently, but it's fine if you check in late at night. There's no regular power outlet, but there is a USB charging port, so remember to bring a USB charging cable.

Lullaby ^_^⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
I stayed for 1 night (check-in July 14th, check-out July 15th) for around Rp420,000, including tax. In my opinion, this hotel is perfect for a layover as it provides a free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly helpful.
One suggestion for the shuttle service: in the future, besides sending a photo of the pick-up point, it would be better to also explain the exact location (e.g., terminal, gate, or more specific directions). I initially went to the wrong spot because I wasn't very familiar with the airport area.
As for the room, the facilities were excellent. The AC was cold, the TV, lights, and other amenities worked perfectly, and the room was clean and comfortable for resting.
_The front office service also deserves praise. When I accidentally got locked out of my room, the staff immediately called security to help open the door. The process was quick and friendly.
Breakfast was included in the room rate. During my stay, the buffet menu offered white rice, fried rice, noodles, chicken, tofu, toast with a toaster, butter and sprinkles, orange juice, water, tea, and coffee. I think the selection is quite good for a transit hotel.
What impressed me the most was their handling of forgotten items. I accidentally left some belongings behind. After contacting customer service, they responded according to procedure and informed me that lost items are kept for up to 6 days. When I asked for assistance to have the items picked up by a courier, the hotel verified by requesting proof of the found item receipt they had previously sent, and then re-confirmed with me before handing over the items. Such SOPs make me feel that guests' belongings are truly well-protected.
There were a few times when my calls weren't answered immediately, likely because they were assisting other guests. However, overall, the service I received was excellent, friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease.
Thank you to the entire team at Amaris Hotel Bandara. If I have another layover in Jakarta, I won't hesitate to stay here again 🙏😊

AfanlvyouVery good. Great ambiance and service.
The first night we stayed at a hotel near Jakarta Airport. It was a basement room and quite run down. The last-minute change to this place was excellent.
Facilities: Pretty standard.

AndrewChan88Had a short overnight stay here at IBIS Budget during my layover from Bali to Kuala Lumpur but due to flight delay, we missed out complimentary airport shuttle to the hotel by about 5 minutes. That was a bummer but no choice, I believe they have to stick to their schedule. Check in was simple but room was a tad small and I totally do not like how the layout of the WC and shower stall but I guess this is due to room size.
What I like however, is that breakfast is served early, we took the 4:45am shuttle to the airport and was down at the lobby by 4:30 and breakfast is already served.
