"Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. "This hotel located at a very convenient area especially for culinary. Front desk service was uneventfull and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and setup as requested at booking. Amenities complete as expected from the scale of this hotel. Ac, hotwater and water kennel worked perfectly. Small problem with plumbing in the raiser of the hotel, for some reason pipes were ratling when neighbor were using their water. It was rather loud especially in quite room. Parking can be challenging when arriving during rain, as covered parking is very limited. Overall, I have stayed here several times, and no complain each stays."

"My first time trying Santika Bogor, and the location is strategic, service is good, rooms are good, and the hospitality is also good. Just a small note: at breakfast, the variety of food wasn't as much as when I last stayed at a Santika in another city. The fried eggs and omelets were prepared in large quantities before the restaurant even opened, so they were a bit dry. Also, the coordination with parking at Botani Square needs improvement so that we're not charged for parking again upon exit. But overall, I'm satisfied with Santika Bogor's service. Shout out to Ms. Vanny for her quick and helpful service!"

"It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the location is very strategic. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, which made the check-in experience pleasant. During Ramadan, they kindly arranged for breakfast to be delivered to my room as requested, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, and overall the stay was very comfortable. I would definitely come back for a short stay in Bogor..yes it’s highly recommended."

"Had a great stay at Bigland Hotel Bogor during my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Location was also convenient, which made everything easier during my visit. One thing I really love about this hotel is they serve Starbucks coffee right from the room. As a coffee lover, being able to enjoy it anytime without needing to go out is such a nice touch. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back here every time I visit Bogor. Overall, really enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety. One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again"

"Heritage hotel, in good condition despite the building age. We stay in 6th floor, the elevator only reaches 5th floor so we still need to take stairs. Standart room in 6th floor is quite large, we put our twin bed together for the three of us and still feel spacious. The hotel has special low-calorie dishes, dendeng and satay, which I think were made for vegan. They have delicious doughnuts, must try for desert. There's a wet wet party for kids in the pool everymorning. I tried their billiard and old piano, which was a nice experience."

"For the first time staycation disini. Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam. Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan. Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience. Thank you."

"Breakfast: So-so. The room's interior needs an update; there was peeling wallpaper and stained sheets. No fridge. The bed was soft and comfortable, but I felt itchy sleeping on it. Great location. Overall, it was decent for the price."
