"I booked two rooms for our stay and had requested rooms on Level 1, preferably near the swimming pool and dining area for convenience. I appreciate that this request was accommodated . However, I was disappointed that no welcome drink was served upon arrival. In addition, although I had booked two rooms and requested large beds, one of the rooms was assigned twin beds without any prior notification. It would have been helpful if the resort had informed us in advance so that alternative arrangements could be considered. The resort has a pleasant beachfront setting and a convenient location, but better communication and attention to guest expectations would improve the overall experience."

Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. "The biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Some mixed feelings about the hotel, but happy overall. Positives: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Lovely location - Free pick up from the ferry terminal - We were upgraded to two sea-view rooms (only paid for one upgrade and one free) because our family and children needed two conjoined rooms. - Requested a late check out and given one extra hour. - Rooms were good and had all the basic amenities - Great pool - Good rates Some negatives - Breakfast was kinda disappointing. On our first morning, there wasn’t even a buffet spread. Instead we were given menus without many options to order from. I guess they didn’t have enough guests to warrant preparing a breakfast buffet. But the buffets returned for the next days. Again, basic options without too many choices. Expected a bit more, but can’t complain too much for the price. - Water from the bathroom often leaked out into the bathroom, leaving the entire floor often wet. - Lots of mice running around loudly in the attic. Overall, 4.5/5 experience. Would recommend."

"Stay here because you have to catch a very early flight. The area is a few minutes away from Hang Nadim Airport. There is a free airport shuttle service as well. For the room, it's okay for two people, it's enough. For the points that have not been improved again yes"
