"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy my stay. The atmosphere was also pleasant and welcoming. The food was quite average and could still be improved, especially in terms of variety and taste. However, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were very friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. I really appreciated their hospitality and the way they treated guests. Overall, despite the food being just average, I was very satisfied with the service and the comfort of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"Overall the hotel was favourable, more positive issues then negatives such as: 1. location good especially if ur into golfing, 2. breakfast was ok, very nice restaurant ambience 3. Easily accessible to chain restaurant as it’s connected to a mall But, having laid out the positives, here is the single most important issue that will make me avoid the hotel ( n i recommend u to avoid it too) unless the management changes its policy on energy saving. My 6day 5 nights stay were sleep deprived, as every night between 2-3am the hotel decides to reduce it’s air conditioning temperature which made sleeping unbearably hot, I woke up sweating all 4 nights except for 1 night(maybe because I was too exhausted or maybe they got fed up of my complaints) which I did incessantly ..the first nite I went to the lobby to complain to the duty manager,,and every nite after before retiring to the rooms 10.30/11pm, I would remind the duty manager the same thing..which they promised that they will inform the hotel engineers ..but it never worked..every night I’d be calling the duty manager n after 30minutes of still suffering in the heat,,I would go to the lobby and personally complaint..check ur damn cameras if the hotel mgmt thinks I’m making tis up…my stay was 19/7-24/7/26..it’s just so stupid to operate a hotel tis way…if u really want to save energy without disrupting the guests sleep…shut it at 5am, when it’s oredi super cold n most guest r also in the process of getting up!!! Please avoid this hotel if u feel sleep is important to u!!!"

"I stayed here for 3 nights for business and had a very pleasant experience. The price is affordable, and the location in the Tangcity area is incredibly convenient. It's within walking distance to the mall and nearby shops, plus there are 3 convenience stores right in front of the hotel. However, it falls short for business travelers. There was no mini-fridge in the room to store drinks, and the desk and chair were not suitable for working, forcing me to work from a nearby cafe instead. It's a great budget stay for leisure, but needs better room setup for work."

"The service was good, and it's super convenient having Aeon right next door. The only downside is that the lower floors can be a bit noisy at night. As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. For a hotel of this brand, you really wouldn't expect that."

"It's convenient as it's close to the airport and a station on the Tangerang line. However, there's not much around besides convenience stores, so you might need to order via GRAB."

"I stayed here the night before visiting Modern Golf. It was a little difficult to find the way from the guest room to the parking area. Although I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room amenities were quite basic and the cleanliness was not perfect, but it was sufficient for just sleeping overnight."

"Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD."

"It's a shame, like in many hotels in Indonesia, the maintenance aspect leaves a lot to be desired. The room, which could have been very nice, lacked cleanliness, and the sink, a common problem there, was clogged again. It took a good part of the night for the 10cm of water to drain. As for me, I won't be returning. I only stayed one night because it was close to the airport."

"Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review , firstly the room was a bit outdated , no soap in the bathroom had to use the body wash from the shower , had an electric stove top but no utensils , no cutlery , did not even have a spoon to stir the coffee , completely bare kitchen area so don’t know why the cooktop is there for . The aircon was really weak the remote didn’t work well so couldn’t change the temp and in the middle of the night we felt water dripping from the unit in the bedroom as it was over the bed , so we had to turn it off and had a really uncomfortable sleep, no bread available for breakfast which was a bit disappointing as I don’t eat heavy things like curry chicken and rice for breakfast . Staff were good but looking sometimes it is not enough ."

"The hotel is in a good location, although it's dangerous to walk around outside. The beds are large, comfortable, and clean. The room was very dusty and the cleaning was very superficial, with a very dirty shower cabin. The smart TV with Netflix was convenient. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was not up to par, only savory options and only instant coffee or tea."
