As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. For a hotel of this brand, you really wouldn't expect that."

"I was looking remote AC to check the temperature and I didn't find it, I needed it because it was less cold in the room. The pool is not really clean because I found wet wipes in the pool including breakfast time, the staff did not immediately clean the table, I called the staff to clean the table first. So far it's still good, hopefully it will be better."

"I stayed here for 3 nights for business and had a very pleasant experience. The price is affordable, and the location in the Tangcity area is incredibly convenient. It's within walking distance to the mall and nearby shops, plus there are 3 convenience stores right in front of the hotel. However, it falls short for business travelers. There was no mini-fridge in the room to store drinks, and the desk and chair were not suitable for working, forcing me to work from a nearby cafe instead. It's a great budget stay for leisure, but needs better room setup for work."

"Room clean n small but its ok considering its not a holiday hotel but very much transit The hotel location near toll access to the airport however there's nothing around it not even corner stire, i had flight in the morning and couldn't sleep all night because people dragging furniture upstairs and when i complained the offer me free breakfast whichs i don't really need and promised to check the cameras to see who's doing it but nothing changed , honestly i had very bad experience i hope the hotel management pay attention to that specially many guests stay in there because closed to airport,"

It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, though the actual distance isn't that far – the city lives up to its 'traffic jam city' nickname! Check-in was quite convenient; just hand over your passport. A deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. The service was very welcoming, and it's a bonus that they offer smoking rooms. The facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Just be sure to check their operating hours. There's a glass door on the ground floor that leads directly into the adjacent Tangerang City Mall, which really elevates the hotel's appeal. Many airlines use this hotel for their crews. If you sit by the entrance for a bit, you'll see flight attendants from several different airlines, which is quite nice. I booked early, so the value for money was absolutely fantastic."

The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again."

"Hotel apartment is located in the shopping mall area. Basically you can find anything nearby. 3 times stayed here, always get a room with old sofa, old towel. Others are OK. Still acceptable."
