"I live in Japan and travel there a lot. I spent four nights in this hotel, which claims to be eco-friendly, but like other hotels recently, uses this as a pretext to cut costs.
Indeed, the room was only cleaned once, and the disposable toothbrushes provided on the first day were only replaced a second time during the entire stay. The sheets were never changed, and the bed was made only once. The used towels weren't collected daily.
Is offering disposable toothbrushes conceivable with a supposed commitment to environmental responsibility? No.
Does not making the bed have anything to do with this so-called environmental responsibility? No.
Offering a smoking room near the reception area that reeks of smoke in the hotel entrance... is that eco-friendly? No.
Is it respectful of non-smokers? No."

"Mir hat vor allem die Einrichtung der Zimmer sehr gut gefallen.
Auch das Personal war wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Unter anderem durfte ich mein Fahrrad im Eingangsbereich parken und statt nur mein Gepäck zwischenzulagern ließ man mich sehr viel früher einchecken.
Die Lage ist natürlich abgelegen aber wunderschön mit genug Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und tollem Ausblick.
Es gab auch ein Sternenhimmel Event, das viel besser war als ich erwartet hätte.
Das Essen war auch lecker, sehr gehoben aber nicht übertrieben."

"We used it on weekdays (9/25～ 27) after the holidays.
There were no other guests, so it was comfortable in the rental condition.
I didn't care because there was a little distance from the prefectural road in front of the inn at night and there was little traffic at night.
Can I use ice, fruit, ice coffee, etc. in the refrigerator? (Free? Paid?) Unknown
If you leave it to the next person in good faith when leaving the accommodation, I think you should fill in a message! Replenishment too!

"The house is a traditional Japanese building and looks rather like a museum than a hotel. Some facilities are run down and repairs are overdue. However the owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful, they even drove us to the ferry terminal, although we didn't ask for."

Thank you for your help for 3 nights and 4 days. The food was very delicious and I was full. I enjoyed the bath for a long time, as it was open from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day. I enjoyed watching the dances such as the illumination of Sado Kanayama and Sado Okesa during the night activities. Thank you for your help!

Guest UserWhen I made a reservation for three people from the site of Trip.com, it became a four-person room without permission, and the price was taken for four people, and the reservation was not possible for three people, and one person was lost.
The hotel was small in the large communal bath and I was worried about the narrowness of 3 〜 4 people, but it was comfortable. The buffet style meal was also delicious and good.

The location of the hotel is slightly off. If there is no transportation, it is a bit difficult to travel by bus.
The hotel facilities can be seen for a long time, but the maintenance is good, there is its own private soup, breakfast and dinner are very beautiful, especially the dinner is enjoyed in the room, very special.
On the edge of the hotel is a small shrine, walk past the observation deck, see the beautiful sunset, especially charming!

A standard Japanese-style hot spring hotel, breakfast and dinner are included. It is recommended to make an appointment at the front desk for transfer to Ryotsu Port. I can walk with my suitcase for half an hour without any problem. The room has a refrigerator, safe, toilet and bathtub. There is Lawson nearby, a 10-minute walk away. Sado only has Lawson, not FamilyMart or 7-11. I am very satisfied with this trip. Want to come again

The kindness of the staff makes the impression of the trip many times.
Dinner starts at 18:30 this time, but the landlady will tell you when the sun sets. There was no time limit for the bath and I was able to take a bath in the morning. I was able to enjoy dinner, the number of items and the taste. The rice was a little soft.
It was a joint washbasin, but paper towels and tissues were prepared and saved.
It was a negative point that the toilet smelled a little tight.

The facility itself is retro in the Showa era, but the room is large and the view from the large window is the best, and it is nostalgic somewhere, and the toilet and washroom are easy to use and calm atmosphere.
Hot spring ♨️ also has a retro bathtub and a brand new open-air bath ♨️ that was extended about two years ago, which was the most comfortable and the meal was delicious. Especially, I was really impressed by the happy service that the rice 🍚 was the best and I could have as many cups of okawari. As expected !! I had rice called the authentic rice of rice 🌾.

It is a family-style hot spring hotel for more than 160 years. It has been passed on by three generations of members of the family. It is a charming hot spring hotel with a view of Kamao Lake on Shinjuku Sado Island. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. The Japanese-style room is spacious and bright. We stayed for two nights and left the hotel. The hotel manager personally sent it by car. We went to the ferry, this stay felt comfortable and comfortable, thank you again for the store!

とても良かった。夜のお刺身のカシラを朝焼いて出してくれてみ離れが良く食べやすくて美味しかった。
とっても親切にしてくれて色々周りの情報も教えてくれたので助かりました。前の海は岩場だったので降りれなかったが
車で1分の所に無料駐車場の海水浴場があったので
泳ぐのも楽しめました。
