"The hotel's location is not bad since it's only a 7 min walk from the train station. The room has all the basic items but it's kind of small for opening my suitcase on the floor. The one thing that really bothered me was the smell of mold in the room. I tried adjusting the temperature of the AC but that didn't help. I turned on what I believed to be an air purifier whenever I was in the room but that didn't help either. On the last night I switched the AC mode to Dry and it helped with the moldy smell, but since it got too cold, I had to change it back to normal AC mode. I didn't tell the staff since it was most likely due to the age of the hotel and probably nothing much could have been done."

"The hotel is very large, divided into old and new buildings, each with its own hot spring that can be used by all guests. The hotel is located near Shimabara Port, and the bus outside the hotel is also a midway stop for the Unzen Onsen Bus. I only went to the main hotel's hot springs, which have indoor and outdoor hot springs. The biggest selling point is the carbonated water pool, which requires you to endure the cold when you dip in it. The only drawback is that the wifi in the room needs to be received first near the door, and the line will be disconnected immediately when the group goes to the window. The breakfast restaurant is underground, and it is a beautiful buffet breakfast with sea view."

"One of the few business hotels near Shimabara Port, the price and service are moderate, there are not many businesses nearby, and it is very quiet. The supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, and the convenience store is a kilometer away... It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the port to the hotel, so it's best to take a taxi (Google Maps says 3 minutes). When I checked out, I found that the bus stop to Unzen Hot Spring was diagonally opposite the traffic light of the hotel. It was very convenient. Of course, it also went to the port, which only departed every hour or so... The front desk service and restaurant were very conscientious, and the instructions were also very detailed. In short, in addition to the surrounding area Except for the lack of places to eat, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room we arranged can see the sea. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk!"

"地點個人覺得算方便了，離車站約10多分鐘走路路程。大廳 mini bar 供應許多咖啡飲料還有點心，住客可以無限拿取享用，還有許多書及雜誌，可在休息區享用，甚至帶回房間也沒關係。冰淇淋也有，還有生啤酒 high ball，晚上還有一段時間有供應下酒菜，一樣可以拿回房間，當然每個人都是適量取用，沒有不足的情況，只是通常已吃完晚餐，溫泉旅館的晚餐基本上都很浮誇，而且一樣有一堆酒可以喝到飽，所以吃太飽就沒有再去拿 mini bar 了。館內設施超多玩不完，桌球、遊戲機、還有小朋友遊戲區，所以住客有很多親子。秉持溫泉旅館特色，他們鼓勵你可穿著浴衣跟拖鞋在館內活動，浴衣花色也好看。我最喜歡的部分是按摩椅有約6台，完全不用排隊，預設時間是15分鐘，但因為真的沒客滿過，我洗完溫泉後直接躺了30分鐘直到晚餐時間。唯一叫美中不足的是，房間海景view，可能因為我住2樓，而且被分配到別館，view沒有覺得很厲害，但海還是很美的。房間一樣又大又舒適，還有投影設備可以看 YouTube 跟 Netflix 。總體評價是高的，寫評論的同時已開始懷念想再回去入住🤣"
