"I have mixed feelings about my stay here. On the positive side, the meals and the Onsen were excellent, and I enjoyed my time overall. However, the check-in process was very unpleasant. I had booked a specific lake-side, western-style room in the East building, but I was provided a room with side view of the lake, rather than direct view that I expected. When I went to the front desk to resolve this, they offered to move me to the Central building (the older section) but insisted on charging me an extra fee. It was only after I presented my original booking confirmation and pushed back on their attempt to charge more for their own error that they agreed to move me to the Central building without the extra fee, claiming they were fully booked and could not provide the specific room I had paid for. And the room in the Central building was quite old and had a leaking water tap."

"Family room is very large and there is a attic floor room with refrigerator shower and toilet separation very clean no smell very quiet there is a laundry room with a dryer there are other Japanese tourists staying on the same day the boss is very good and very happy to help you can make an appointment to pick you up to the station or Wen Quanjie at night, we took a boat to watch the fireworks at night at 9:20. The boss also helped us to pick us up at that time. There are three hiking routes next to the hotel. There are two short ones. It takes more than half an hour to go back and forth. In the morning, we slowly walked to the Jinbiluo Fire Exit Observatory. The raw sika deer was curious and cautiously observed for a while, and then twisted around. It jumped into the planting on the side of the road and disappeared. It had unexpected benefits. According to the boss, there are actually many deer here. You can overlook Lake Toya and the hot spring block and the pool of green mountains. Water (small fire mouth) The boss warmly invited us to come again in winter. Encountering such dedicated individuals during a trip is undoubtedly a rare stroke of luck. And the hotel's facilities are full of surprises! Outside the large public bath, complimentary drinks are available, along with table tennis and arcade games, adding a playful touch to your relaxation. The lobby features Japanese snacks and board games, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere; the relaxation area on the second floor is even more serene and comfortable – once you sit down, you won't want to leave. The dining experience here is simply sublime. Various alcoholic beverages are kept in ice buckets, freely awaiting wine enthusiasts! Dinner is exquisite and innovative; each dish is a stunning work of art, so delicious that it makes you want to return just for the food. Breakfast is delicate and abundant, awakening your taste buds and setting a wonderful tone for the day. The shiso soda thoughtfully provided in the in-room mini-fridge is incredibly refreshing after a hot spring soak, leaving a lasting, pleasant aftertaste. The toiletries have a delicate fragrance, leaving the skin soft and comfortable after use – even these small details are not overlooked. The overall service is friendly and sincere, without being overly familiar, yet maintaining just the right amount of professionalism. It truly feels like a 'just right' luxury experience! The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pristine, and transportation to and from the lakeside is convenient. Whether taking a taxi or using the hotel's shuttle service to JR Toya Station, it's effortless. It feels like Hotel Premium Lake Toya is not just a hotel, but a cherished memory of a journey. Here, the scenery is more than just scenery, and the service is more than just service – it's a reason to return to square one and rediscover the beauty of life."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Toya. The highlight of the stay was definitely the room and the view. The location is excellent, with stunning views of Lake Toya and the surrounding scenery. Waking up to the lake view and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was a memorable experience. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop onsen and sauna. The view from the top floor is simply incredible. Early in the morning, I was able to enjoy the sauna and outdoor hot spring while watching the sunrise over the lake, with Mount Yotei visible in the distance. It was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences of my entire Hokkaido trip. It’s not often that you get to enjoy a sauna, a hot spring, and a spectacular sunrise all at the same time. The service was also very good. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was enjoyable with a wide variety of choices available. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality, and there was something for everyone. While I wouldn’t describe the dining experience as luxury or fine dining, the overall quality was very good and I was satisfied with every meal. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, views, comfort, hot spring facilities, and service. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Hokkaido, and I would happily stay here again in the future."

"Along Lake Toya, there's a row of hotels, much like Yangcheng Lake in Suzhou. I chose this one, and it offers great value for money. There were quite a few ********* tour groups staying here. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style and quite extensive, with fresh ingredients. However, don't expect fancy tableware or presentation. I booked a lake-view room, and the small balcony was a nice touch. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so it's a convenient option if your stay doesn't include meals."

"The room was a good size with a great view of Lake Toya. Someone even came to lay out the futon for us. Dinner felt very special, and the soup was incredibly light and delicious. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection at the buffet. The hotel's hot spring was a bit hot, but it was still really pleasant to relax outdoors with the breeze."

"The room facilities are a bit old, but the space is decent. The main draw is the good value for money, especially with the half-board option (dinner and breakfast included), which is very convenient even if the variety was a bit repetitive. The best part was definitely the outdoor hot spring, and they also have a shuttle bus to Sapporo Station."

"We've stayed at villa 1 (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - 1 bedroom is a small tatami bedroom + small bathroom). The lounge has an amazing view. Hospitality and the aesthetic is great, however the bathroom doors are glass doors and I can imagine it would be inconvenient for travellers in friends groups. Ground floor bathrooms have sewage smell as well, we suspect the villa hasn't been used often so the water has been left at U pipe. Aside from these small problems, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is a set, and it's a big portion."

"The facilities are a little aged, but that is to be expected in a small town further away from the main city. The room was well heated during winter, and the room itself was clean. The toilet however, had a terrible stench. It was reflected to the staff but there was nothing they could do about it. On the bright side, the stench went away after turning on the ventilator for about 10 minutes. The location is perfect for walking over to the lake and to convenience stores nearby, and the onsen was very good."

"There's no front desk service in the early morning, so this place is more suitable for guests who drive. There are no shops nearby either. However, the view outside the window when you wake up in the morning is absolutely beautiful and puts you in a great mood. The bed is large, but the bathroom and bathtub are a bit old. The jacuzzi function on the tub is broken and unusable."
