"Hotel Raum staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable , and it had great amenities including an LG styler to refresh your clothes. The hotel is really well located - very close to the train station and the botanical gardens. The only blemish was that the included breakfast , which is provided by the ”Twosome Place ” franchise within the hotel , only offers a sandwich and a coffee as part of their offering. No complaints about the quantity , irs more that this narrow choice didn't carer to our dietary needs eg gluten free and dairy free options ( even for the coffee). It would be great if a wider range of options were available"

"The issue with this hotel room is that when you adjust the temperature, the air conditioner/heater makes consistent and weird noises. I stayed in a corner room on the 6th floor, and the shower was clogged. Not to mention, skip the breakfast—it’s not worth the money, as there’s barely anything to eat. The staff were attentive, but overall, this hotel is not recommended."

"I stayed for one night after visiting Gwangju with my child to watch a baseball game. The location is great, and good restaurants are within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the owner was kind, so I had a pleasant stay."

"Parking was great, the apartment was quite big, was good that there was an in room washing machine. The WiFi did not work, as a work around the hotel provided the code of the WiFi from another apartment. Also the ac did not work since it was still winter season, we turned off the heating and opened the windows which cooled enough for us. Breakfast was good, we like local food so that was good for us. Location was bit weird as at night there are a lot of night clubs, young men outside to get people in."

Here are a few of the advantages I experienced during my actual stay. 1. Panoramic City View and Pleasant Room Environment The first thing that catches the eye is the unobstructed view visible through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The natural light is excellent, making the entire room bright and providing a great sense of openness. In particular, since the flooring is wooden rather than carpet, I was able to stay much more hygienically without worrying about dust. With two generously sized beds, it is spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to stay for a family trip with children. The desk, which runs along the wall, was also very useful for placing luggage or doing simple tasks. 2. Thoughtful Amenities: Garment Care Appliance and Premium Bathrobe One of the things I liked most was that a garment care appliance was installed in the room. I was very satisfied to be able to keep my coats and clothes neatly clean after wearing them outside, allowing me to wear them fresh and fresh the next day. A thick, soft bathrobe was provided in the closet, allowing for a pleasant rest after a shower. Additionally, a portable light was prominently placed, impressing me with the attention paid to safety management. 3. Best Convenience: Convenience Store on-site With an E-Mart 24 convenience store located within the building, the convenience is truly top-notch. I felt secure throughout my stay, as I could easily purchase snacks for the children, necessary items, and simple drinks at any time without having to go far, even late at night. Overall Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the modern and clean rooms to thoughtful amenities like a garment steamer, and the accessibility of the convenience store on the first floor, there was nothing to fault about this place. I highly recommend this accommodation not only to business travelers but also to families."

"This was my second visit to Gwangju. I now understand why Easy Stay gets such good reviews and why people bother to write them! I picked Easy Stay based solely on reviews, wanting a place near the bustling downtown area. When I arrived, I was immediately disappointed with the location, and to top it off, the elevator was under construction. My husband even gave me an earful, saying I fell for fake reviews. But guess what? The owner was so friendly, and the facilities and condition were much better than I expected. The biggest surprise, though, was the amazing free breakfast! The owner's mother, a truly lovely woman, personally prepared our meal, even cooking ramen for us. She also took care of all the dishes afterward. For dessert, we had flower tea and tangerines she peeled for us herself. I've traveled a lot, but I've never experienced such a wonderful breakfast. I was truly touched! I was so impressed after the meal that I'm writing this review right here, right now. Owner, I wish you great success! I'll definitely be back."

"When I entered the hotel, I didn't think that it was old or not clean, but when I entered the room, I was a little disappointed that there was one of the dressers that hadn't been cleaned, but that was handled quickly so it was okay! If you pay more attention to this aspect, I think it's a hotel worth a rest :) +The night view is the best! I recommend Sea View!"

"It's a new place, so it's really clean and nice! They even have a hairdryer, curling iron, and charger, so you don't need to bring a bunch of extra stuff. The big TV was also a huge plus! Seriously, it felt like a total Gen Z hotel."
