"Location of the property is opposite to Myanmar Plaza shopping mall. It would be great if the size gate of the property could open for guests to walk a shorter distance to the mall. Service staffs were very friendly, especially Lenna who was very efficient during the check-out process and responded professionally to queries. Breakfast at D’Cusine was average needs improvement. There is also a Japanese Restaurant and a Korean restaurant for dining within the property. Swimming pool is excellent especially for family with kids. Club at basement played good music. Take note of age group and dress code requirements. Overall highly satisfied with the stay at this property."

"Hotel YNO is in a convenient location, with easy access to public transportation, local markets, beauty shops, and other essential stores. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always efficient in providing excellent service. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to rest and relax after our journey. We stayed for two weeks and consistently received excellent housekeeping and room service whenever we needed it. "Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok"

"Since it is a general residential area, transportation is not that good and shopping is difficult. It has facilities that are useful when using the airport in the early morning or late at night, but it is not recommended for stays of more than 2 nights. There is a local night market 5 minutes away, so it is good for a day to look around or buy food."

"We booked this hotel for early departure to the airport. There were less than a day, but the impression remained the best. We are very grateful that we were moved with breakfast we could not use on the day of departure, in the morning of our universe to the hotel. The breakfast was very delicious and very tired after the night shift and did not want to go looking for another cafe at all. The staff was very kind and helpful in everything. Way-fai is weak in the hotel as is the case throughout Myanmar. The tea in the room is not available, on first request was given thermos with hot water. Shower is normal, room is spacious. There is a cafe at the hotel where you can have lunch or dinner. Prices are moderate. We are satisfied with the price and quality ratio. Good three-star hotel. Recommend."

As a selfish request, ① Some things cannot be eaten for breakfast, so I think you can choose your preference for two types of set meals or a buffet side dish, and ② Greetings are polite, I'm sorry, so I think it's okay. Although it is a room, ③ After all the temperature and humidity outside are high, so if you have a water server near the elevator in addition to the PET bottle, you can take the PET bottle to go out. ④ Slippers in the room, but small jobs have weak fingers and cannot wear snowball type. If possible, it would be helpful if you could choose a slipper type slipper. It is the selfish selfish selfish."

"Was on a Business trip in Yangon, got this Hotel recommended. Good Location on a central Street with Bars and Eateries. A big Supermarket is just across the Street. The Hotel is in good shape, the staff friendly and eager to be of service. At their roof-top facilities and from the windows one has a good view to the Shwedagon Pagoda in the distance. Will go there again. Was a worthwhile stay."

"Yes, the staff were very enthusiastic. There was also an offline exchange meeting for entrepreneurs held at the hotel that day. I thought it was a blind date, but I saw a lot of people. After asking the staff, I learned that it was an exchange meeting."

"Breakfast is very rich every day, and every day is different, this must be liked. The environment is relatively good. Relatively many hotels in the same category say that it is much quieter. One more thing, breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is not available in similar hotels."
