"Like Like Like Like 👍 This hotel is the best I live in Nepal, and the price/performance ratio is really super high. The location is very convenient, a ten-minute walk is one of the largest shopping malls in the area. Attractions are also very close. First of all, the service is superb. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, someone will help you take your luggage upstairs, as well as welcome juice and fruits. There are two restaurants in the hotel, and the restaurant upstairs has a view of the landscape, which is very beautiful. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean and very new, the bath water in the bathroom is very hot. The best thing is that the breakfast is an a la carte breakfast. There are many types. There is an entire menu with a wide variety of drinks, from coffee to freshly squeezed juices, to freshly made chocolates, muffins and cakes. Both American breakfast and local breakfast are available. What's better is that this hotel is very new, very good compared to other Nepal hotels. The manager of the hotel is very enthusiastic and keeps asking how is the hotel every day? How is the breakfast? The hotel can also help to book a taxi, which is very cheap. Just call him when you come back from the attraction, or you can book a taxi. We stayed for a week, and the plane was at 8 o'clock in the evening, and he was very considerate to let us check out late and return at 5 o'clock. This hotel is really worth recommending. If you come to Kathmandu, don't hesitate to book this one."

"We had a truly wonderful stay here. A lot of care has gone into this place. The building is beautiful, and there’s attention to detail everywhere, both in the space itself and in how things are run. After being out all day, coming back to the hotel always felt easy and reassuring. Very comfortable and calming vibe. The food was also really good, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing felt forced, just very natural and thoughtful. Heartwarming place."

"Location is perfect, as it is located inside Patan Durbar - a heritage site of Kathmandu. It's also convenient, near a lot of restaurants from Western to Japanese and Korean, a cafeteria, and more. There's a square where you can enjoy local street food, bobatea, and fast food at very cheap price. Staff are friendly and supportive. They’re a family with 2 sons and their father. If you want to go out after 10pm, you have to tell them so they can wait and open the door for you cause they’ll lock the door at 10pm. For me, it's a lot safer. I booked only 1 week at first for testing, but everything is ok for me so I extended it."

"Amazing location (walking distance of the patan main attractions 5 min and around 10-16 min from the airport - if no traffic); hotel is located in a quiet place although very central. I arrived at 2 AM to the hotel, called the hotel to inform that I was going to arrive late and the staff went to pick me up in the street. Staff is AMAZING and very kindly!! Breakfast amazing (eggs;fruit;toast;muesli; coffee; tea - all included and in can choose); room very cozy; NO HOT WATER! For the hair dryer, you have to ask in the reception to borrow. Please remind to bring toothbrush, paste and basic necessaries. The hotel will give towels, shampoo and soap."

"This stay was a huge surprise! I absolutely loved this boutique hotel, converted from a historic building. It beautifully preserves the old architectural style while incorporating modern hotel standards. The room amenities showed great attention to detail, and the location is excellent – just an 8-minute walk to Patan Durbar Square, with many interesting shops nearby. The hotel's coffee shop is very unique, serving Nepalese coffee beans and even offering a coffee school. It seems the hotel owner has a special passion for coffee. What truly stands out is the incredible warmth and politeness of everyone at this family-run hotel. They are very hospitable and enthusiastic about recommending nearby attractions and unique spots. Staying here is an excellent choice when visiting Nepal, and it's less than a 30-minute drive from the airport!"
