"I enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming.
The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night.
Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel."

"Very accessible and convenient location. Malls and terminal are just walking distance. There's no Grab services though, just the local transportation service liken to Grab. As expected for Sogo Hotels, hotel staffs are courteous, not all but most of them. Thank you."

"Went there with family for a quarterly checkup of our son. Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic."

"One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. "My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^"

"Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from
the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!"

Chrish_OGIf you love cats, this place is perfect for you! Dami nilang friendly cats at kitang alagang alaga sila. The location is good, near the CBD, malinis at maayos ung amenities. Bago lahat ng appliances. Mejo maingay lang during our stay kasi may nirerepair sila, but when I called Trip.com, they immediately contacted the property owner and the renovations were paused. Downside lang siguro, di makapag park sa harapan ng property, and ang daming gate. Overall, we are very satisfied during our stay.

The place is nice, the location was good considering that we had to attend an event close by. The room we got was spacious but the amenities were old. The shower heater wasn’t working in our room and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut completely. All in all, it was okay for an overnight stay but a working shower heater would’ve helped me during my early morning shower. It was super cold!

Location is good. Customer service is okay too. However, the actual room and its facility is not okay. I would not recommend the place for those having problems taking a flight of stairs nor the ones with heave luggages as there's no elevator. The bathroom is not good at all. Although there's a heater, the water pressure's not quite suitable with it. There were no toiletries provided. No TV at all. Not even complementary bottles of water. If given a chance to look for a better place to stay, I would look for another one.
