Great service! All staffs are welcoming and approachable. Amenities are all good. Every activities are fun for the kids and accessible from the hotel. Will surely come back to this hotel and recommend to friends and families.

We arrived late night due to certain client meetings etc. Your manager was very accomodating enough to provide all needed details on the stay and allowed us to park 2 cars without additional fee and even extended an hour prior to check out since we checked in late. Kudos to the manager plus the cleanliness of this hotel. Keep it up! Btw that clean white sheets and uratex foam gave us a good night sleep after a tiring day! 👏🏻

I had a truly wonderful stay at Twin Lakes Hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing, with breathtaking views that instantly made me feel relaxed and away from the busy city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved waking up to the cool breeze and scenic surroundings—it was the perfect escape. The facilities were also impressive, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Twin Lakes Hotel was memorable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I absolutely love this hotel. It’s elegant, peaceful, and never feels overcrowded, making it the perfect place to relax. The atmosphere is sophisticated, the design is beautiful, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The service is warm and attentive, making every stay feel special. I booked a Super King Room at Taal Vista Hotel expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Upon arrival, we waited around 10–15 minutes at the lobby even without a long line. After check-in, nobody assisted us going to our room. The staff only gave directions and did not offer help with our luggage, causing us to get lost looking for our room. We also tried calling for assistance by dialing 4 several times, but nobody answered. In the end, we had to move our car closer to the building ourselves because the parking area was far from the room. There were also no complimentary welcome drinks or even bottled water despite the expensive room rates. I understand that our room was in the older building, but the price certainly is not “old.” Compared to other 5-star hotels like Conrad Manila, where staff assist guests immediately and provide much better hospitality, the difference in service is very noticeable. The view and ambiance are nice, but the customer service definitely needs improvement to match its 5-star reputation.

All in all, good stay. Need improvement lang yung mismong interior ng hotel. Pero sobrang bait ng mga staffs. And sana may shaded area sila kapag umuulan tapos magdrop ka ng gamit mula sa sasakyan pero under renovation pa naman kaya baka on going na

The facilities were clean. It’s in the center of Tagaytay so its very accessible. Have mall and restaurants that are just walking distance.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

It was okay. I was just disappointed with their towels; they were dirty and had a musty smell, especially the ones provided in the room. It smelled really bad. Disgusting!

The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway!
