The entire hotel management, headed by Professor Mohammed Dosri, thanks for the good reception and high-end treatment. They never shortened, and they upgraded me to a wider wing of the reserved room, adding a beautiful touch to the experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, elegant decor and my work distribution between the bedroom and the sitting room, plus a wide bathroom equipped with high quality. The service was quick and responded to any excellent request, and that reflects the team's professionalism and their interest in the comfort of the inmates. In short, it was an exceptional stay where I thank all the workers for their efforts and their eagerness to please the inmates. It would certainly be my first choice when visiting the blood in the future."

"The reception was excellent, both for young men and women, and the staff were good. However, the hotel rooms are worn and need updating in terms of furnishings and furniture. They also lack some services such as hot water, an iron, or even some bathroom amenities, which you have to request and receive when you speak to room service. 🌹"

"For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again."

"The hotel is very close to the beach. There are Starbucks, popular dessert shops, hamburger shops, etc. near the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel's swimming pool is heated, so you can swim in the afternoon without getting sunburned."

"It was great for families due to the space , kitchen ,full fridge and washing machine. But the bathroom had mold, therefore we couldn’t stay more than one night."
