"Hotel was clean snd good Location also its 10 min walk or you csn take a taxi to Haram for 5 to 10 reyal which is also ok just one note avoid the corner room as the storage room for the cleaning team is beside it and sometimes they make noise while they are taking the cleaning tools or storing something there but the rest of my stay was fine also they allowed me to check in at 10 am as the room was ready and available."

"Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car."

"The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23"

"Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Umrah, insyaAllah. ❤️ A comfortable and memorable stay that made our spiritual journey even more meaningful."

"Near to Kaaba and very satisfied with the room. Even didn’t booked kaaba view, the city view was amazing. The breakfast menu were same everyday but after all the services was so good. Will try to book it again for another journey"

"I was with a group of nine, including three small children. The room was quite spacious, and there was even room to cook. The facilities listed '4 beds,' but we only got 3 beds. However, that was okay because we had a great bellboy, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast had many options and could be brought to the room if packed (not on plates). There was a kind attendant who didn't limit our breakfast portions, so all 8-9 of us could eat our fill... this was really helpful, haha! The location is super close, a straight walk directly to the Kaaba entrance."

"I had a great stay at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-organized. The shuttle service to and from the Haram is reliable and clearly scheduled, which made everything very convenient. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and safe. Overlooking the Clock Tower in the distance was a nice bonus.
