"This was my first stay here. Since I was splurging, I booked a room with an ocean view. Even though it was the rainy season, the mornings were mostly cloudy with some sunshine, allowing me to enjoy a luxurious time watching the sunrise over the ocean. The hotel is old, but it was very clean – not dirty or smelly at all. However, I thought it would have been more comfortable if the plumbing could be slightly repaired. The shower temperature and water pressure were perfectly fine. With the ocean right in front, a Seven-Eleven next door, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, I think you can thoroughly enjoy your stay even without a car. Next time, I'd like to stay with breakfast included."

"The hotel located near Cha-am, recently new opening. Staffs are very helpful and well trained, hotel guests can access 24hrs assistance through hotel applications by chat. I'm quite surprised with all well managed services, room compact, neat and clean with sufficient amenities. I spent time here 2 nights 3 days almost with fully activities here like work out at mini space gym but high quality machine by Technogym, half day sun bath at the pool area (even there's no private beach but its fine for me get tanned at the hotel pool bed), variety ranges of breakfast line up buffet (American breakfast, boiled rice, self-service noodles zone, DIY pancake or waffles, Chinese dumpling also available) for me with limited space but well organized with high sense of services provided made my trip complete and happy. One more healing my dessrt craving is there's vegan ice cream shop ”Molly Ally” planted-base ice cream located at hotel front 🤤 I visited twice during my staying here. Never think about to return in any other hotel but here with U remind me to definitely come back next time for sure."

"The accommodation is beautiful with a clean white building and a spacious room. Everything in the minibar fridge is complimentary. In the evening, housekeeping brings chocolates for turndown service. However, I didn't like that even though I booked a king-sized bed, the room I got had two single beds pushed together. Also, the pillows were too soft and flat, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The front desk staff provided excellent service, explaining all the details thoroughly. The hotel gardens are all beautiful and well-maintained. The swimming pool is right by the sea with a great view. The beach, however, was not suitable for walking as the water level was consistently high (due to the monsoon season at the time). The fitness center is located on the rooftop of the restaurant, which felt like an odd and remote location. If you go to work out alone, it can feel a bit too isolated. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is not available; it closes at 5 PM. After this time, you have to eat at the open-air beachfront café, which I also found strange (it wouldn't suit those who prefer to eat in an air-conditioned room, unless you order room service). Honestly, I really liked this place – the atmosphere, the room, and the beautiful swimming pool. But the breakfast experience was a real letdown. I woke up for breakfast and chose to sit outside because the weather was nice, having just rained. I informed them of my room number. I started with the outdoor menu, which included freshly made pancakes and waffles, sticky rice with grilled pork, an egg station, and noodles. After eating for quite a while, I went to get more food from the Thai section inside the air-conditioned glass room. While looking at the Thai menu, a male staff member (short hair, dark complexion) suddenly rushed over and asked if I had given my room number yet. It startled me, and I replied that I had, room 2108. My partner even commented to me, 'We've been eating for so long, why are they asking now?' It felt as if they suspected we had snuck in, even though we were legitimate guests staying there (this instantly gave me a negative impression). I hope they train their staff better on this point. They should be observant enough to notice if a guest has been eating for a long time or just arrived. If you like peace and quiet, this place is perfect. However, you need to visit when there are no weddings or conferences, as the hotel isn't very large, so all common areas are shared. We went on a day when a large group was having some kind of conference, and it was chaotic from the lobby check-in onwards. Still, it was good that this group didn't engage in loud activities that disturbed anyone."

"1. Although the location is about 10 kilometers from the city center, it's very quiet and pleasant. 2. It's an eco-friendly resort. While it's old, it feels more classic than outdated. 3. On weekends, it's mostly frequented by Thai people, giving off an upper-middle-class vibe. There aren't many Chinese guests. 4. The service is good, and the staff are cheerful. They also run a farm, so if you have time, you can see and even touch goats, chickens, and turtles. 5. The bed is very comfortable; we upgraded from a standard room. The only downsides are that the parking lot is a bit far, and the air conditioning is old, making it feel a bit stuffy. The beach is a minute away, and the spa was so good we went twice! If I come to Hua Hin again, I'd definitely want to revisit."

"Stayed here recently and had a very good experience overall. The facilities are excellent and the service was great. When we arrived, staff took us to our room by golf cart and carried our bags in for us, which was a nice touch. Gorgeous view and spacious. The hotel has three pools, so it never felt crowded, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The location is a bit far from town, so getting to Hua Hin or Cha-am can take a while if you order a Grab. However, the hotel is fairly close to the Summer Palace — we walked there in about 30 minutes. From the hotel we also went to the Hua Hin Night Market, which was incredible and definitely worth visiting. One thing to note is that the ocean water in that area looked a bit dirty and polluted, so it’s not the best spot if you’re planning to swim in the sea. For transport, I would recommend using the Grab or Bolt apps rather than the hotel taxi. The hotel taxi is more convenient in terms of timing, but it costs roughly twice as much."

"Great location and good rooms. The staff were attentive, polite, and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and the price was acceptable. Breakfast had a good variety, and in the evenings there was lovely live music with a singer performing 90s hits, which was very relaxing."

"I had an accidental slip and fall during my stay. The path by the pool was quite slippery, but the hotel took excellent care of me. A staff member accompanied me to the hospital for X-rays and a doctor's examination, ensuring I was completely fine. They covered all medical expenses, provided ice packs, and checked in on me throughout my stay. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed with quality furnishings. Breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was delicious. I'd suggest improving some facilities, such as the garden pool area, where there are several spots with rotting wood. The ground surfaces could also be made less slippery. The beach was clean. Overall, I was very impressed!"

"I traveled with my daughter. The room we booked was unfortunately very old, worn, and unclean (couch, bed, window). It was in an older building. We then received an upgrade, and the room was much better, with a balcony and a view of the beautiful pool. The grounds are absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth booking a higher room category here. Thank you so much. We had a great time."

"Highly recommended! When I first arrived at the main gate, I thought, ”Oh no, this place is way too desolate.” Then I decided to walk towards the beach, and suddenly there was a bustling street! There's a 7-Eleven just 30 meters away, and the entire road has over a kilometer of shops. It's just that this area isn't a popular tourist spot, so most places close down right after 10 PM."
