"This is a beautiful hotel – the room, the facilities, and the view are all great. It was peaceful with very few people, perhaps because I visited during the off-season. I slept wonderfully and would definitely go back if I have the chance. The service was good, but I have to deduct some points for the swimming pool and breakfast, which weren't as impressive. However, it's understandable, and overall, I was very impressed and loved my stay."

"This hotel is incredibly peaceful and has a wonderful atmosphere, likely because there aren't many rooms, so it never feels crowded. It's truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. When we visited, there were quite a few Westerners, but they were all quiet and respectful. The hotel offers a good range of facilities, even if each one isn't massive. There's a swimming pool, restaurant, fitness center, a small pétanque court, a reading room, and a small meeting room. Everything is well-arranged to fit the space without feeling cramped. My favorite part was definitely the riverside area. You can just chill there for hours; the atmosphere is fantastic, with a cool breeze, lots of trees, and a shady, serene vibe 🌿. It’s perfect for sitting, reading, or simply unwinding. The overall grounds are exceptionally well-maintained, including the lawns, trees, and general cleanliness. Everything is tidy. The room was also clean. The only minor points were that the bedsheets and towels looked a bit old, and adjusting the hot water was tricky – it was either scalding hot or cold (so I ended up taking cold showers). The bed was comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft, and there were plenty of pillows to adjust for height. The staff provided excellent service. The overall vibe is incredibly peaceful, comfortable, and private. It’s a small hotel with a lot of charm, and the grounds are beautifully kept. It has a lovely, authentic Thai style, is clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious (Thai food). I absolutely loved it! 🤍 If you're looking for a quiet, chill, riverside escape, this place is perfect."

"Booked the Felix resort for a quick trip out of Bangkok and it was so peaceful. Alighting the train from Bangkok I wandered around the little town. 7-11 and Rainforest cafe are right there. Then walked across the bridge to the hotel. Be warned it's not far but in hotter weather it may be best to take a cab. Anyway the hotel, is stunning the entrance is grand, the foyer is stunning and then you walk through the gardens to the rooms. The pool is out of this world, lush gardens around it and after the noise of Bangkok it's an oasis of calm. The room (I paid for a river view, which was kind of there but blocked by trees) was again out of this world, with a huge (hard) bed, loads of space, and massive bathroom. Downside TV didn't work, but I only wanted it on whilst getting ready to go out. I only had breakfast there so can't comment on evening meals. Breakfast was ok, as a vegan options were limited but the coffee was good and juice was cold. Staff were great and so polite (like most of Thailand) and the drinks by the pool were pretty cheap. All in all I would definitely go again to get away from the city."

"Our first time in Kanchanaburi. We booked online on the same day and had no issues or waiting time during check-in. The staff were polite and welcoming. Everything was clean, they have a swimming pool, and they also have a café where guests receive a 10% discount. Buffet breakfast was included, and the food was good. The restaurant staff may have been tired, as they did not smile. It would be even better if they could smile. The cleaning staff were always greeting us and smiling whenever we met them in the hallway or elevator, which we really appreciated. It would also be great if the room could have two pillows per person for added comfort. Excellent value for money."

"Fantastic hotel in a prime location, 5 minutes from the Bridge and other attractions, easy walk to a number of very good restaurants. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and provide excellent information. I had an issue with the AC in the first room and once I mentioned it they immediately gave me alternate rooms. The pool is wonderful to use, after my morning walk and also returning in the evening. The breakfast options were spot on."

"Staying in Kanchanaburi, a more remote province in Thailand, I was initially worried about insects flying into the room. But whatever method they used, it worked wonders as not a single insect managed to get inside – a huge plus! The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the amenities were complete. The bathroom was super spacious and stylish, even featuring a bathtub for soaking. Every evening, they delivered night tea and small biscuits to the room, ensuring a good night's sleep. During my few days here, I truly relaxed and enjoyed my holiday. I even got to see the sunrise in the most comfortable and effortless way possible – what a stay & vacation :)"

"Upon arriving at the hotel, the ongoing road construction at the entrance gave us a rather poor first impression. However, once we actually checked in, our opinion completely changed! The hotel was incredibly clean, had a great view, and wasn't far from the attractions by car. The best part was the delicious breakfast, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing us to get a really good rest. The price was also very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a hotel worth returning to."
