"The room is really great. But I think it would be better if they improve the cleanliness of the towels. The location of the hotel is really good too because it’s near the electric vehicle station. The service is really great. I find some struggle in the middle of the night with the electric currents dropped so the electricity doesn’t worked properly. Anything else is fine. I would love to stay here if I’m in Phitsanulok again😇"

"This hotel is exquisitely designed and built. The decor and architecture perfectly blend together to tell the story of Phitsanulok. Phitsanulok, the city of King Naresuan, a northern frontier and a city of brave warriors. The hotel's style is inspired by traditional Thai warrior camps, complete with a replica cannon. Inside, on the upper floor, there's even a small museum showcasing ancient weapons, antique arms, and Lanna and Ayutthayan warrior attire. You can also rent traditional Thai costumes for photos! The atmosphere throughout the hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pool, and the Khanom Jeen Kam Poo (crab curry noodles) restaurant within the hotel, all offer great taste. The rooms have a lovely Thai ambiance blended with contemporary touches. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom and bathtub are excellent. The hotel even upgraded my room, so I got to enjoy a relaxing soak in a European-style bathtub. Most importantly, all the staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and take great care of their guests. I will definitely stay here again next time! ❤️❤️📍 Highly recommended! While it might not be very close to Phra Buddha Chinnarat, it's incredibly comfortable for a stay."

"Very clean and decent. They provide 2 small and 2 large towels, plus a foot towel! The only things missing are a hairdryer and toothbrushes, but that's common in Thailand. There's coffee and water available! The air conditioning works well, the bedding is clean, and there are no bugs or strange smells! I highly recommend it for the price!"

"The room was a bit old but acceptable. One side of the room faced the highway, which was noisy, but the other side offered a nice view of a large temple. There was some machinery noise during the day, but it stopped after 8 PM, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was good. Breakfast was just okay."

It's easier to get there by entering through Wat Tan Suwan village. The shortcut via GPS will take you through a rice field."

"The hotel is genuinely new, with plenty of parking spaces. The security guards are very helpful and maintain order. I particularly liked that the shower water is filtered. The place is quiet, making for a comfortable sleep. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Perhaps a small improvement could be made in cleaning the corners and crevices of the bathroom more thoroughly, as some stains were quite visible."

"The hotel's location is great, close to Central Plaza. The room is clean and spacious, and the bathroom is clean and up to standard, 10/10. However, the night shift front desk staff might need more training and personality adjustment, especially regarding communication. I asked about parking three times, and it felt like they were ignoring me (I spoke quite loudly and clearly). When they called to confirm the room, there was so much background noise, I thought I was at a concert, not a hotel. Compared to the price, some things might need improvement. The most important aspect of a hotel is its hospitality. I hope I don't have this kind of experience again next time (I checked in at night). But the morning shift staff provided excellent service, always smiling, 10/10. I really appreciate them. I went down for breakfast at 9:30 AM, and there was hardly anything left. I asked the staff if they would refill, and they said no. There were still many people who hadn't eaten yet. I'm very disappointed, especially considering the price and compared to other hotels in Phitsanulok. I'm deducting two stars for the breakfast management and the night service. Everything else was good."

"The outside of the hotel and the common areas are beautiful - the rooms however need an update. The rooms don't have hair dryers nor irons (I believe you can request the latter at rhe reception desk).The gym has very basic (and outdated) equipment, the pool is ok. I recently stayed one night at the Mayflower Grand Suite in Phitsanulok and overall had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spacious room. It was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable daybed and a relaxing bathtub that made the stay feel extra luxurious. The cleanliness throughout the suite and the attention to detail were impressive, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the mattress. While it wasn’t uncomfortable, it could be a bit more supportive for an even better night’s sleep.

DOG Friendly !!!! Love it I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices each morning. The location is also very convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service and good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place to others.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Holatel in Phitsanulok and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel is newly built, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and tastefully designed. The décor feels contemporary yet cozy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The bed and pillows are of high quality, and the in-room amenities are well provided ideal for both leisure and business stays. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the city right next to Wat Nang Phaya. It is also within walking distance of Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan (commonly known as Wat Yai), one of the most important and iconic temples in Phitsanulok. The surrounding area offers easy access to local attractions and plenty of dining options. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for its new facilities, comfort, and prime location. I highly recommend Holatel to anyone visiting Phitsanulok.

A good hotel experience is seamless and thoughtful. It starts with a warm, efficient welcome and a clean, comfortable room with intuitive details (great shower, quality linens, quiet atmosphere). The staff is attentive but not intrusive, anticipating needs- remembering a coffee preference or offering perfect local advice. Little touches feel personal, like a note or a thoughtful amenity. You leave feeling genuinely cared for, not just as a customer, but as a guest. It's the feeling of ease and personalized attention that makes it memorable. And each, it’s very close to the airport and bus station.

The hotel is located near an intersection, just outside of the city centre of Phitsanulok. It is close to suoermarkets, restaurants, coffee and Makro. The room is basic with a firm bed, 2 bottles of water, effective air conditioner and fridge. The wifi is good. While the hotel is quiet, sound can carry between rooms. The breakfast is very basic - waternelon, salad and Thai rice porridge with instant coffee. It would be good if there was filter coffee, juice and toast. The staff are excellent! There was good communication prior to my stay (you can contact them on line) and they greeted me with smiles. The restaurant recommendation was awesome.

The hotel is quite decent. It boasts a pleasant, green, and shady environment with lots of trees. It's very centrally located on a main road in the city, close to the Nan River. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The air conditioning was nice and cold, and there's plenty of spacious parking. Plus, there's an Amazon Cafe conveniently located nearby, which appears to be part of the hotel.

The room was clean, but the curtains didn't block out the sunlight, so it was quite bright in the morning. There's a TV in the room but no fridge. Before booking, I recommend checking prices directly with the hotel as they offer rates inclusive of breakfast. If booked separately, you'll have to pay extra for breakfast, and it's quite pricey, though the quality matches the cost.

Very basic but big room. Felt more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. No kettle in the room and NO SAFE!! Where do I store my passport and valuables?! Good location - some road noise as its fairly close to a busy main road but it wasn't as much of a problem as I initially thought it would be. A short walk (15-20 mins) to a night market, the best bar in Phitsanulok (Cart Road) and the 3 main temples are very close. Breakfast is very basic and you can't choose what you get but it was satisfactory (no juice and only instant coffee packets) but the egg and toast were okay and the pork porridge/congee was nice. It is a very basic / budget hotel so if you are staying in Phitsanulok for one or 2 nights, this is okay.

“The hotel is beautiful and the room is clean. There’s a bar on the first floor and also a café. The security system is excellent — you need to scan your key card to enter the building and again to access your room. The bed is super soft, and the room is quite nice. The parking space is a bit narrow. There’s no breakfast provided, but the price is very affordable — I booked it for only 400 to 500 baht. Coming alone wasn’t a problem at all in terms of cost. I definitely recommend it!
