"This is already the best hotel in Trang, and overall it's pretty good. The lobby is quite spacious, and they offer a welcome drink. The front desk staff were also very helpful. While the room itself isn't super new, it was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel has a pool, though it's on the smaller side, and the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive. Everything else was good, and I'd book here again next time I'm in Trang."

"This hotel feels like it's on the outskirts of the city, and the area around it is a bit dirty and run-down. It's quite a walk to the main tourist attractions downtown, so we had to take a taxi everywhere. The room itself was small and cramped, no more than 20 square meters, with three beds squeezed in side-by-side and no space between them. There wasn't enough furniture to put our belongings on, which was inconvenient. While there was a glass panel, the window couldn't be opened, and it just looked out onto a corridor. The soundproofing was poor; being close to the road, we constantly heard roaring traffic, and noises from guests in adjacent rooms and the hallway were easily audible. The bathroom didn't have a separate wet/dry area, so the floor easily got wet. There was hardly any space to put towels—in fact, the hotel had to place our bath towels on the bed rather than in the bathroom, which is unusual. The towels also looked a bit grubby and slightly frayed. Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel has no elevator. We had heavy luggage and had to carry it up the stairs ourselves, which was quite a struggle. The front desk staff tried to help during check-in, but the young woman couldn't lift it, and there were no male staff members available to assist. On a positive note, the female service staff were very friendly. Also, there's a thoughtful self-service station on each floor hallway with free coffee and bottled water, which was convenient. Despite the hotel's attempt at a 'hipster' design aesthetic, it felt like it was all style over substance."

"The accommodation has a parking lot. The room is clean. There are all the necessary equipment, but there is no kettle or hair dryer. Overall, it is okay for the price. You can stop and sleep to continue on. The water flows strongly. There is a hot water maker. The staff provides good service."

Jennie provided especially outstanding support, making our trip memorable with a morning visit to the waterfall. She even went the extra mile by helping as a TukTuk driver when none were available. "Hotel is a great place to stop in trang. It’s nice spaced rooms. Only critical thing was daylight from the bathroom door into the room. Hotel is a great for a stop over or if you are on business travelling in the early morning. Not ideal of you prefer to sleep during early daylight hours"

"The room was clean, the A/C was cold, and it was quiet at night. The only downside was the sound of a whistle in the morning because it's next to a school. If you're an early riser or visiting on a holiday, it probably won't be an issue."
