We definitely take pride in our home and are very friendly with visitors.We are located in one of the nicer neighborhoods in the Falls, It is quiet and safe with wonderful neighbors. We have big, beautiful trees lining both sides of the street as well as in the yard.Just a short walk down the street, there is a bicycle/walking path that goes along the upper Niagara River and takes you directly to the Falls. There is also a bus stop for city travel located on the corner of 58th and Buffalo Ave.We are very pet friendly and would love if your pet family member could accompany you on your vacation, we do allow SMALL pets (under 25lbs) but please check with us first for approval and there is an additional fee $25/pet for the first day and $20 per day after that.If you have more than one pet or you are going to be staying for more than 2 day's or your dog is bigger than 25 pounds, Please check with me, I may be able to make special arrangements and adjust the pricing to give you a better deal.
