One has an original 1930 built-in single wooden bed, the other has two single beds, nightstands & river views.Outside there's a back deck with built-in seating & chairs for morning coffee , plus a table & chairs for alfresco dining & a gas BBQ Grill. The gently sloping yard goes down past a boathouse shed ( not in use), to a waterfront patio area with 10 seater outdoor table, multiple Adirondack chairs, a separate fire pit area and your very own dock / deck directly on the water ! Things to Note:- No smoking anywhere on the property.- No parties, events or large gatherings are allowed. Only the number of people on your booking are permitted on the property.- There is off street parking on the driveway and free street parking too.- The old wood stove in the living area is non-working, do not attempt to light it.- The front of the property has a small one bed apartment with its own entrance, which is rented separately and not included. You may see another car on the driveway.- There is a large heated/air conditioned artist/photography/yoga studio at the front of the property. This has its own entrance and can be added to your reservation. At the front of the house, on the other side of the street, there's a train track with a slow-moving freight train that will trundle past, on no fixed schedule, from time to time.
