It is a great place to sit and read a book or just enjoy the peace and quiet.We have a large smart TV with Spectrum Cable in the Living-room. There is also a TV with Spectrum Cable in the upstairs Master Bedroom. WIFI is throughout the entire house and you should be able to stay connected even at the end of the boat docks.
