"Apartment house Listratova" - a small wooden eco-hotel, a two-storey building, built in 2018 in the style of wooden architecture of the Royal time.
We wanted to combine sustainability, antiquity and comfort. We hope we succeeded. We are waiting For you to visit and want to hear your opinion!

A 5-minute walk is 130th quarter - a specially created area of historical development in Irkutsk, which includes several dozen monuments of architecture and history of the city. Cafes, bars, restaurants are all there.
10 minutes - Angara river embankment with walking Islands and Ferris wheel.
The museums of the great Decembrist are also within walking distance.

Нам очень понравился отель, было ощущение, что мы приехали отдохнуть к родственникам в деревню. Здание отеля - историческое, внутри есть дворик с гирляндами и столиками, окна в пол позволяют завтракать и обедать глядя на эту красоту. Самое главное, что практически всё, что есть в отеле - это не новодел «под старину», а действительно винтажные вещи. Поэтому если для вас самое главное комфорт и новейшая сантехника - то вам не сюда, а в какой-нибудь другой комфортабельный, но безликий отель. Нам очень понравился интерьер комнаты, а ещё в отеле очень высокие потолки, поэтому нет ощущения, что ты находишься в маленькой клетке. Постельное бельё было свежим и чистым - белый страйп - сатин и вообще комната в целом была чистой, хотелось ходить по дощатым полам голыми ногами, чего со мной обычно не бывает. Да, в отеле высокая слышимость, но нас это не беспокоило, возможно, потому что нам повезло с соседями. Отдельной благодарности заслуживает персонал отеля: нас заселили гораздо раньше и мы имели возможность отдохнуть после дороги, на все просьбы и вопросы с готовностью реагировали. Если когда-нибудь будем снова в Иркутске, то с высокой вероятностью снова вернёмся сюда.

尤其是斯韋塔小姐姐貌美人好爽快
在我們缺少現金的情況下還幫我們墊付車費，後續還幫我們兑換了盧布。
解了我們燃眉之急非常感謝她！！感激不盡。
酒店離商業街區不遠，散散步即可到達市中心。
房間很大，我們跟小夥伴三個人住綽綽有餘。
酒店有桶裝熱水以及燒水工具，特別適合中國寶寶入住。
早餐豐富，量很大我們吃了三頓才吃完，會提供中文菜單供挑選，人性化，服務特別好。

房間很好，是我想要的小小單人床和單人房間，不大、但非常精緻，乾淨衞生，床很Q彈哈哈哈
這裡有個中文説的非常熟練的姐姐，對我這種不會説俄語、英語也很差的人很友好
還可以定去貝加爾湖的票
真的非常推薦！！！

1. 位置好：位置很好，就在市中心，去哪裡都方便，坐公交也很方便。
2. 溝通方便：前台小姐姐會英文，溝通順暢，酒店好像還有一箇中國的俄羅斯留學生長住。
3. 早餐：辦理入住會給你一張菜單，勾選你想吃的東西，都是第二天在廚房現做的，味道很好，推薦水煮蛋。
4. 環境：雖然在市中心，但在一條基本沒有車流的街道，非常安靜，但酒店隔音不是很好。

木屋看似很有俄羅斯風格，設施簡陋，尤其是閣樓，夏天晚上熱很悶，沒有空調，窗子對面就是雜草叢卻沒有紗窗，敢開窗今晚上蟲子咬死你，熱的一晚上沒睡着覺，老闆娘很不錯，服務還可以，但要住的話沒有吃苦的準備需要謹慎

Аутентичное место в Иркутске. Выполнено все с душой. Почувствовала себя по хорошему частью истории, через соприкосновение с необычной атмосферой, исторической постройки.
