Beautiful property and luxury 5 star service. Staff are always extra attentive. Food was good for all inclusive. Drinks were also very good especially margarita.

We had a bad experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff didn’t seem to halve a clue what they were doing and kept messing up with our reservation. We get to the room, yes it was nice but the options for snacks and drinks that were in the room were seriously a joke. We ordered room service when we arrived because it was around 11 pm and the restaurants were closed. The food was okay but took about 45-55 minutes to arrive , which I know is typical for room service. Now, let’s talk about the food on the first day. We ate at the Italian restaurant and let’s just say, I was less than impressed with the portion size as well as the quality. I ordered a beef filet which looked and tasted more like a Salisbury steak. Not what I was hoping for. There were 4 of us total and we were all underwhelmed with the food quality. It also took an hour for our dinner to arrive. The drinks through the day were drinkable-ish, but most tasted very watered down. The pool area was nice enough but nothing to go crazy over. Now second day, we went off site to Isla Mujures so no review in the drinks/entertainment for this day. We did end up eating at Seaside grill when we returned back and this was our favorite restaurant out of them all. Last day we were there, we stayed in the beach for the day and had an amazing waiter Jaysen, he is the reason we would give this resort even a 2 star. We had hibachi that evening the food was okay, the chef was really great at his job.

This resort is very new and it shows. It’s definitely not ready(march/24)
The gardens are clearly new, the rooms are great, but the staff is not well trained so it seems there is not enough.
There’s a bunch of pools, some quiet ones some with volleyball and activities and one with a bar. The service at the pool is really slow so bring you’re patience.
If you know great Mexican hospitality this place is not there.
There are 4 or 5 restaurants and we had an issue in all of them. Like waiting 45 min for breakfast in an empty grill side restaurant. Or not setting up the table because the waiter that was available was in a different section.
The beach is the hotels best amenity, it’s beautiful blue water, white sand, large, clean, almost no sargasso.
There are bars at the beach, the service was acceptable.
In summery they try to compensate their lack of service by apologizing because it’s new. Because of the size of this hotel group I think they don’t have an excuse to open a resort and blame their lack of service to a resent opening.
Last thing they don’t have straws for your drinks so don’t let them settle.

Beautiful new hotel, would have appreciated if they had inaugurated it with a full gym. They just had cardio machines as temporary. Food was good rate 4 out of 5. They should have better wine selection.

The hotel is new and many of the facilities are not open yet. The buffet is very basic, mostly empty. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property. The beach is great and the service is terrific.

Awesome resort! The service is unsurpassed!! The staff was amazing! We upgraded to the preferred club and had a daily butler! So worth the money! If you want a relaxing vacation with great food and nightly entertainment, this is it!

Hotel just opened and was having a lot of growing pains. When you asked for something, you could not get a straight answer. I had to make multiple calls to get anything done. Food in restaurants was ok. Food in room service was terrible. Alcohol was supposed to be high end but that was not the case.
