A very unfortunate and emotionally impactful experience.
The location is in the middle of a noisy area, close to bars, parties, and midnight music.
Room service is nonexistent, and the electricity is cut off continuously.
The elevators were out of order from the first day to the last.
They informed me that there was a pre-dawn meal instead of breakfast, but unfortunately, it consisted of two fruits, a plate of toast, and cheese!!
I first requested to cancel my reservation due to my late arrival to the hotel due to transportation and my inability to find a way to contact me.
I then requested to cancel my second reservation, which was made by mistake, and the amount was deducted. Although the employee told me they would help, the hotel's policy had a different opinion.
The result was a disaster, and the staff were unable to help due to hotel policy.
