New hotel near the airport Travel time is 15 minutes. Very good service.

Amazing hotel, pleasant staff, highly recommended

I needed a room near the airport, so the location was good.15 minutes away with 2 gas stations along the way for the rental car. The room was small, the bathroom even smaller. If you are tall or big, good luck trying to fit in the shower corner. The shower water did not go down, so you showered in a pool of water. The bathroom had only a half used roll of toiler paper. Really? I was able to hear people across the hall even through the doors all night. So if you want a close hotel room to the airport, this is ok. If you want quiet night, then consider something else.

The staff were so helpful and room also quite big .definately worth every penny .

1. Quite noisy (airplanes taking off and landing + close to the road); 2. House prices fluctuate greatly (advance notice will double the price of the day); 3. Don’t have too high expectations for the hotel environment (minimalist); 4. Don’t choose breakfast when booking on Ctrip, try to bring your own food (some hotels don’t have restaurants, so you have to go to the street to buy it in the morning); 5. When traveling by taxi, agree in advance that the fare will be charged by the meter (the fare will be increased when you arrive at the place)

No free bus to the airport

Very. Bad service I had to. Cancel the trip due to a family problem and they did not want to They charged me in full Mug bad I don't recommend it

Bad reviews, rip off customers

Good value but beds a little hard/ uncomfortable. As a suggestion, should be shampoo in the shower.

The property was good clean especially the staff was very good and helpful. I recommend it, Convenient and very close to the airport

The host seems to be honest and that’s important in a country where many are not. The place was cheap and the price was good compared to what you get, good value for the money.

The hotel is clean and customer service is top-notch! If you are staying for a night or two it is amazing but if you want to explore Istanbul city it will take you at least 3 hours to get there through public transportation and at least an hour if you rent a car.

Hotel is nice but in an industrial area. There’s also no shuttle back and forth from airport - just their private car which is pretty expensive. Nothing much to do around here. So if you have more than a few hrs layover in Istanbul, you’re better off being in town. Bus to Istanbul mall takes about an hour. And taxi will cost around 400TL each way.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Shelton Otel. Highly recommended. Clean and tidy room. Very close to airport. Amazing reception (Fettah) who helped a lot.
