We spent a very great time in the hotel😍 We loved the kids entertainment program, meals, cleaning, all the details for kids comfort stay. The staff was very helpful, especially guys at the concierge. In spite of language barrier they were ready to help me with my deliveries👍🏼 The location is convenient, it’s close to the central square and cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. We definitely gonna come here again. One big request: please make a comfortable modern gym with air conditioning🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Amazing Family-Friendly Resort! We absolutely loved our stay at Horizon Yalong Bay! This hotel is perfect for families-my kids had a blast with the awesome water slides and the chance to feed animals (they still talk about it!). The beach was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone—no fighting for spots! The breakfasts were delicious (so many options!), and while dinners were paid, they were totally worth it—great food and variety. Our room had a breathtaking view of the sea; waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. Highly recommend for parents who want a fun, relaxing, and kid-friendly vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

For me personally it was value for money for the following reasons. The room, bed linen and bathroom were clean. The ocean front view was picturesque. Most importantly the staff was very helpful and kind. The front desk was very helpful. The lady (name Kiki) helped us book a Christmas buffet dinner, Thanks a lot, it was valuable as the show and food were amazing. Other things: Breakfast was average. Facilities a little bit outdated, don't expect something special.

Good hotel with direct access to the beach. The hotel specializes for family with children, there are a lot of entertainments. Big area, many swimming pool with view to the sea. The breakfast food is variable and taste. We are trying hot pot dinner, there are a lot is different ingredients and unlimited beer 😄 the beautiful gym area see on the picture.

Despite old-style decoration, facilities are kid friendly with protection covers on all furniture angels. There are a lot of swings and outdoor activities to join. Breakfast is super good because grandparents, parents and kids all find their favorite food and enjoy the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids.  there is a zoo on the premises.  There are children’s trains circling around.  my daughter had a blast and we loved the enormous territory of the hotel.  There are so many things for kids.  breakfasts are amazing.

We choose this hotel for 3 years already. Advantages: Amazing sea views, beautiful area, delicious breakfast, very pleasant beach area with a lot of shade. Room key card as a waterproof bracelet is a big plus, worry free. Abundance of activities for kids. Fire show was amazing, my son went three times. The photoshooting is included in your stay! You can get 5 pictures for free or pay 599 to get all the pictures (over 100), the shooting process was quick and fun, the pictures are very beautiful! Points to improve: Hotel has many pools but only 2 towel stands, it takes you much time to find the towels and walk to them. More towel stands would be great. Many of the activities are parent-child ones. As a parent I prefer to have some rest time and watch my child play rather than play with him. If the hotel could make a division for different age groups, toddlers could have their easy games with parents, while kids over 5 years old could play alone and have more challenging games. The foam party needs a separate registration and payment. That’s a bit troublesome. Other hotels have it daily for free. The zoo gives you a very depressive feeling - for example, the 5 little deer are kept in a tiny dirty smelly place, they look so sad, your heart is breaking… please close this “attraction”, many animals are suffering there.

Everything was great, the only minus is the towel stations, there must be more towel stations, it's really hard to find a towel.

Nice beach but staff were not that friendly. Reached around 3pm but waited almost 1 hour to have the room ready. Breakfast buffet were fine with lot of variety but not the quality you will expect.

We loved Horizon. It's a kid-focused place, but we didn't find it too chaotic, and it's right on the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor pools and water slides. We were very grateful for the shuttle bus and the room for rest. Thanks especially to Suman and the other student workers who are so kind -- good luck with your studies!

This resort is perfect for families, offering a variety of activities and events. If you're planning a family trip to Sanya, this is the ideal choice. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with stunning views. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The resort provides airport transfers, and guests are welcomed with a complimentary pizza for two and 20 game tokens for kids to enjoy. I will definitely visit this resort again!

great place for family, right on the Yalong Bay beach, the staff Coco was very friendly. spent a week in there in Dec/Jan. family photo service was fantastic. most of the staff don’t speak English.
