Lovely staff and good location.
Very clean room and comfortable bed.
Highly recommend to try the Turkish bath( free) and add a massage ( fee apply) so relax !

The hotel is medium in size. My room was really small, but well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. However, I find that charging for bottles of natural water is neither normal nor correct. Very central location, very close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. Very kind and helpful staff. When we arrived in our room the radiator broke and they changed our room to a more expensive one with a sea view at no extra charge. Although we didn't use it, the hotel also has a SPA.
