We were impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by resort employees. We felt that all staff were well trained. They provided outstanding services and demonstrated job knowledge, professionalism and passion with their hospitality. We had exceptional experience at Dream Bosphorus Hotel , accommodation, food and service were outstanding. The staff were very helpful and location of the hotel was the best. 6 nights of great hospitality. Will be back there again.

I liked the staff's work the most - they helped us with all the questions we asked. It was very nice! The hotel itself is clean, I liked the interior, the windows are floor-to-ceiling. The breakfast is hearty, there are interesting Turkish snacks, pastries, fruits, vegetables.

Stayed here for 4 nights on our short trip to Istanbul. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Although small, the room was enough for the two of us. The staff was especially nice and made our stay even better with their service. The breakfast was almost the same every morning with little changes everyday and that is not a bad thing. The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the station and walking distance from the mail tourist area. Plenty of shops, restaraunts and cafes around the hotel. There was construction sounds from a place near by which the hotel has no control over I suppose and it was only during day time when we would normally be out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great location and good breakfast BUT pushy staff trying to sell you trips with guides. Very noisy rooms allowing you to hear your neighbour's flushing loo or shower. Building site next door to the hotel as a 5 storey building becomes refurbished. Rooms quite small. No bar. Do not get the hotel to order you a taxi as their taxis are twice the price than that of regular yellow taxis.

This hotel is located in walking distance to the main attractions in a nice and convenient area close to restaurants and shops. Our room was very small with comfortable beds though. The bathroom was also small with a very tight shower and a big tap just in the middle of the tiny shower. So weird! The cleaning was good but the towels provided were very worn and rough to use. The staff was super friendly and helpful, except for one front desk attendant who was rude and sarcastic. The breakfast had poor quality and choices and was not like the photos. Also with a late start, at 8am.

The staff were very attentive to every question we asked. Our room had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and Golden Horn waterways. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast array included many local dishes which were quite tasty and the "safe" choices of eggs and potatoes as well. All in all our stay deserves a five star review. We highly recommend this hotel for itself and for it easy access to all the ancient sites in the Constantinople, old town, section of Istanbul.

Probably the pokiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was tiny and stank of cigarettes. When queried with the reception all I got was that all the rooms were non smoking rooms. It was clear that the hotel whilst advocating non smoking rooms it was not policing his in any way. I was not prepared to stay and immediately checked out. Needless to say the hotel refused to refund my money.
