The reception area is congested with luggage bags. The quad room window faces a brick wall half metre away, room is dark and feels claustrophobic. The breakfast is nothing to compliment about, restaurant staff are is rush to clear up. Reception staff were helpful.

Although prices in Turkey have risen, it is more expensive than before, but it is good because you can walk to all the major tourist attractions in Istanbul. Considering the complicated traffic situation in the city, I think this is the biggest advantage. Breakfast is also satisfactory.

I am so pleased with this hotel and the location, the service and people working in the hotel and at the Spa that I can write a book about! Thank you so much to the Manager ,of the hotel , Sezaibah, who always takes care of me and my family and who always provides the best customer service and always is helping us to find great places to see in the area. This place is locating just in the middle of Istanbul and so convenient to all the sights! The hotel has amazing breakfast and lots of varieties ! Shopping and restaurants and transportation so convenient. The Grand Bazar walking distance too. I come every year to Istanbul and there is no place better to stay as Dosso Dossi Hotel Old City. This time I came with my son celebrating his 17 years old birthday and he got in love of Istanbul. Thank you to the team and to the Manager for making our stay always unforgettable!
