Management and staff were amazing. Idris the manager was very kind, patient and accommodating. Others were working as a team to take care of the guests. They all deserve 5 stars.
I usually don’t like to leave a negative reviews but I had to do it this time because I myself depend on the others reviews for my selections.
Cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning the room. They never touched sink. Left it dirty.
But the most disappointing of all was the breakfast. I have traveled many times and never seen breakfast as bad as I had there. Hard boiled eggs cut in half and were very old and dry, really looked discussing. Fruits were not washed and some were rotten. Glass milk container was broken with a dollar size hole and crack on the side.
I was feeling nauseated and couldn’t eat. We just had a cup of coffee from the machine and left.
How about noise. Could not sleep the first two nights. Our room was facing the street and was across another hotel with restaurant. Noises of moving items until 1:30 am, after that adults conversations, police car sirens and more. Lack of sleep was getting to us. I talked to the manager and he offered another room on higher level. Much nicer and yes quiet. That was our
Last night there. Idris make arrangements for our taxi pick up to airport next day. We truly appreciate his leadership and all accommodations he make for our comfort!!!!
