Theodian Hotel

The only plus is the location in the center. There are more and more disadvantages: I was put in a room in the ba*****t, where it was very damp and I got sick. It is impossible to sleep with the window closed because of the dampness. With it open, they constantly yell from the street both day and night, slamming car doors. There is no place to dry things. The administrator suggested that I hang it on a chair on the terrace, so I did so. And in the morning I found my T-shirt in some dirty flower pot. I have already caused a scandal to the administrator, who said that he was not responsible for anything. Breakfast is a complete G. Its cost per person is good if it’s 30 rubles: the cheese always seems to be spoiled, the bread is stale, the cucumbers are flabby, the cereal is tasteless. The cleaners cleaned almost every day, for which we thank them, they changed the towels. But the towels themselves are already gray, the bedspread has stains. The refrigerator in the room did not work, judging by the radiators of refrigerators in the hallway, they did not have refrigerators anywhere. The administrators are rude, it feels like only cleaners and one short guy work in this hotel.

The hotel is dirty. In 7 days, cleaning was done on the 6th day, and then they told the reception so many times. You can’t ask for toilet paper, there was some on arrival and before departure they put it down. For four people they give 2 towels, 2 shampoos and 2 shower gels. On the first day when we arrived there was no hot water, we washed ourselves with cold water from the road. Breakfast is a separate issue, I am attaching a photo. That's all there is on the plate. Boiled eggs, 2 types of cheese, sausage, fried sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, margarine, jam, shock paste and tea with powdered milk, coffee was rarely available. At the reception, Rashid always tried to give advice, but this had no effect on the cleaning and service. On the last day, after we asked for cleaning, they took our robe, the arrogant guy at the reception said so what. I mean, so what, why didn’t they take the laptop or something. By the way, there is not a safe in all rooms. We had three rooms, it’s good that they weren’t in the ba*****t, there weren’t even windows there. There is no hook or coil in the bathroom. In general, the hotel and staff ruined the impression of Istanbul. Before that we lived in the Fermanagh Hotel, this is of course heaven and earth or a dungeon)). I'm wondering if the hotel owner reads reviews?

Veramente pessima esperienza. Camera lurida e mal funzionante. Un giorno abbiamo ricevuto 2 asciugami : uno rotto e uno sporco. Personale poco professionale. Abbiamo avuto problemi anche con la prenotazione del transfer per aeroporto. Unico punto a favore la posizione centrale.

Отель просто ужас какой! Очень грязный, грязь везде. Номера не убирают, пока не попросишь и не поручаешься. Полотенце дают только тогда когда попросишь, такая же ситуация с туалетной бумагой 🤦‍♀️постельное белье не меняют. Завтрак ужасный, ничего нет. Терраса грязная, но с красивым видом, единственный плюс этого отеля. А нет, плюс был в персонале, ребята очень отзывчивые, стараются сгладить косяки, но это особо не помогает.

Никому не рекомендую этот отель!!!!Отвратительно всё!Это просто издевательство над людьми и за это недразумение ещё берут деньги!!!Фото на букинге не соответствуют действительности вообще,везде должна быть оценка 1,и здесь тоже,никак не 3,чтобы люди не обманулись ложными отзывами и не забронировали этот отель.

Ich bin mit dem Service dieses Hotels nicht zufrieden. Ich bin keiner der schlechte Bewertungen vergebt. Aber in diesem Fall muss ich eine Ausnahme machen. Alles hat mit dem Transfer vom Flughafen in die Unterkunft angefangen. Den Transfer habe ich fest gebucht, wurde aufgefordert mein Ticket per Whatsapp zu verschicken, bin dem nachgekommen und der Transfer wurde bestätigt. Am Flughafen jedoch wurden wir vergessen. Unsere Namen (wir waren zu zweit) standen nicht auf der Liste. Wir mussten uns also selber um einen Transfer kümmern und kamen im Hotel an. Da ich mit meiner Mutter geflogen bin, war es wichtig dass es 2 Betten sind (haben wir so gebucht). Da keine Zimmer in dieser Kategorie übrig war, mussten wir in der 1 Nacht im Dachgeschoss in einer Absteige übernachten ehe am nächsten Tag die Zimmer gewechselt worden sind. Wohl gemerkt, dass wir ein schlechteres Zimmer bekommen haben als für das wir bezahlt haben. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte dort und haben für 3 Tage Frühstück bestellt und bezahlt. Da wir am letzten Tag um 10:25 Uhr den Ablug zurück nach Deutschland hatten und man uns sagte wir müssten um 5 losfahren um mindestens 3 h vor Ablug am Flughafen zu sein. (das sind 4,5 h!) konnten wir am letzten Tag das Frühstück nicht wahrnehmen. Meine Idee war folgendes: Da das Hotel unseren Airport Transfer am 1. Tag vergessen hatte (wären 30€, wir haben mehr bezahlt), wir eine Nacht in einer schlechteren Zimmerkategorie geschlafen haben und am letzten Tag das Frühstück für 2 Personen (Wert 10€) nicht wahrnehmen konnten, fragte ich ob man uns vielleicht die Rückfahrt zum Airport kostenlos anbieten könne. Das Hotel verneinte jedoch und sagte dass dies nicht möglich sei. Ich bat dann den Transfer ggf. um 10€ zu reduzieren (also von 30 € auf 20 € da wir ja das Frühstück nicht wahrnehmen konnten) auch dies wurde vom Manager verneint. Dann fragte ich ob wir das Frühstück in Boxen mitnehmen könnten am letzten Tag? Auch das ist nicht passiert und war nicht möglich. Geld zurück? keine Chance. Sehr sehr schlechtes Hotel. Ich warne jeden der hier buchen will. Lasst die Finger davon!
