The location is amazing! Walking around the area is safe and you can find restaurants, cafes and shops .. the hotel building was a soap factory 200 years ago and the interior is nice but they need to work on the cleaning . We got a gift bag when we left , that was a sweet gesture ..

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot. The service was incredible. I have never experienced a more friendly and professional staff. Lovely hotel, so beautiful, spacious rooms and the staff above all were amazing. Highly recommend to stay here if visiting Istanbul.

The room was very clean! There is a small bar right outside the door. It is especially recommended for people who come to Istanbul on their first day. You can consider moving to the old town later. The hotel is 200m away from the cross-sea bridge. You can experience the sudden enlightenment by walking. Souvenirs were given on Women's Day. You can also walk to Independence Avenue!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the T1 tram station (you can go to the European Old Town and the New Palace), and close to the Modern Art Museum. The rooms are irregular due to the renovation of the old building. The tower view terrace room is especially not recommended (the small terrace is shaded and you can't see the strait). In fact, the king-size bed room is more cost-effective than this room type. But the hotel breakfast is good, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor overlooking the strait. The hotel front desk and room service are very good. There is a white dog at the front door of the hotel. It looks a bit old, but the hotel provides it with a place to stay (its name is ADA, and sometimes it goes to the door of the Novotel next door to lie down).
