Worst experience, no hot water, dirty bed sheets, smelly toilet, reception doesnt speak english and not very welcoming. Its really one of the worst experiences ever that i will never want to experience again. The only good thing about this hotel is its location

Location is great, easy to find local and international resturants, shopping street 2-3 mins away, bus/metro station 5 mins away. Room was cleaned and had necessary essentials. Excellent customer service provided by Cem and Esmael throughout my stay. Overall this hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Nisantasi.

Great client service and supportive staff specially the lady and the rest of the teammmmmm We really enjoyed our stay at the rooms nisantasi But I have a comment about the smell from the bathrooms they need to fix……………………………………………………………….

Room lock broken. They did not care. Asked me to sleep in unlocked room and that they would fix the lock in 24hrs . Amazing have never seen such ppl. Cut costs around help. Guests have to manage their own luggage .Costs as much as Diwan Istanbul but with zero service level .
