Booking this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with accommodation.
Our first room (second floor) had a strong, unbearable odor, a bathroom that smelled even worse, and an AC that didn’t work. We requested a room change, only to be moved to a third-floor room with a broken bed frame and a musty, stale smell—like it hadn’t been aired out in months.
Frustrated but still hoping for a resolution, we were given a third room, which was just as bad: dirty bedsheets, a foul smell, and a teapot covered in suspicious white spots (mold or limescale?). At this point, we felt the hotel was uninhabitable and asked for a refund only to be refused.
We decided to cut our losses and leave, booking Dem hotel across the street (which was excellent, by the way). It’s a shame, because we wasted time, money, and energy dealing with this mess.
