I went through horrible experience in this hotel last week where the staff member insulted me on breakfast because I asked for a tea. they serve a poor breakfast and you have to ask many times for the tea and water an bread very rude attitude that I will not forget

My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and literally everything was perfect! From the hotel stuff, guys on reception were awesome and so friendly. If I am gona talk about guys in restaurant Neda, I would never finish. They were PERFECT! We fell in love with Istanbul and people there. All recommendations for Neda hotel. My friend and I wanted a hotel which was well situated and without all the posh frills so we decided to try this one. NEDA more than met expectations. Beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The receptionists made us welcome and met every need and advised on where to go in Istanbul. They gave us extra duvets and blankets and called for transport to the airport, even seeing us into the taxi! We departed as friends and hope to come back. I have reviewed the restaurant separately as it was THAT good. try this little gem and you will not be disappointed.

Not Recommended to stay, in the picture it seems the room are large but its smaller, entrance door are bad, not like a hotel, maybe they should change their name from hotel to dormitory! Even some dormitory are better than this.
To be fair, the only good side is the location is near from city center.

The room was way too small, not clean, unhygienic. Even the toilet door didn't close completely. There wasn't even a hairdryer available.

Yes, there are of course a couple of nuances .. for example, it’s bad that there is no elevator right from the very first floor. Because you go up the stairs, then just go to the reception and the elevator. But they gave us a very nice room. It is large, the windows face the street (very nice). Yes, of course, no mosques can be seen from the room, nothing like that, but the view suited my husband and I). The second nuance is that due to covid restrictions, breakfast is brought to a certain, fixed ... there will be no buffet now (( Everything else is super! People are great! They will help and tell you! Very funny, especially barkers in the Cafe at the hotel)) Russians understand. In the Cafe, I advise you to try chicken soup) to be honest, it is divine. Further, very convenient location, close to all major sights.. tram stop is also nearby. Very tasty Turkish coffee is prepared on the sand near the hotel 😋 In general, during the time that we were in this hotel, it was so good and sincere) So I recommend the hotel, but if you are too picky, then you better look at something other!
