The hotel is tidy, well decorated and clean. The room is confortable and it is well located , and there are local shops and bars around. The price is fair. The breakfast however, is not that good. There were some itens that did not taste good. Please follow us on instagram: @mapamunditravel

Hotel com boa estrutura, sauna, piscina, o apartamento que fiquei é muito bom, amplo, com hidromassagem, dois quartos, dois banheiros, sala de TV, mini cozinha com micro-ondas e frigobar, tinha tudo para ser muito bom, mas... O check-in estava programado para as 14h, porém só consegui entrar no apartamento às 17h, porque o staff havia "esquecido" de limpar o apartamento, tive que esperar na recepção, no momento relatei minha insatisfação pois perdi 3 horas na minha diária, solicitei um late check-out para compensar e me foi negado e nem um desconto na diária me foi oferecido. Para completar minha insatisfação o café da manhã é muito fraco, tanto em qualidade quanto em variedade, incompatível com o valor da diária, fiquei sabendo que ele é terceirizado, mas isso não é problema meu. Em suma, o hotel tem boa estrutura, mas lhe falta um gerenciamento adequado.

Chegando ao hotel , o quarto reservado não estava disponível , tendo sido necessário esperar , mesmo a diária já estando correndo…Mudamos para um quarto em andar inferior ,que estava com vazamento na tubulação , e nova mudança foi necessária . Estressante por falta de manutenção .
Hotel precisa reforma urgente !
