Drika and Bia were super friendly and welcoming. Every morning when my family and I would join for breakfast, they would welcome us us with a great smile. They provided us with their input as it relates to the best spots in the city. The hotel is in the middle of bunch of trees which makes it super cozy and relaxing. The lobby staff is super friendly and always whiling to help. They provided us with mosquitoes repellent and extra mats and towels.

I think the locking system is a bit antique. I think that should be updated . Overall the place is a nice value for the price. They really need to get a hold on internet access! As an international traveler who depends on internet to function as I don’t have data in Brazil it was extremely inconvenient that the service was not strong and inconsistent. This wasn’t even something I factored in when booking my stay. The internet only worked semi- consistently in the lobby. I will say the staff was very friendly and patient despite the language barrier. I politely asked for my room to be moved and they obliged my request. I really appreciated their efforts to help me out. I would come back if they fixed the internet lol. The accommodations were just fine otherwise.

3 anos consecutivos que hospedo e confesso que a recepção mudou para melhor, uma atenção fora do normal. Café da manhã delicioso, quartos excelentes, piscina aquecida, tudo da melhor qualidade. Indico a todos uma experiência maravilhosa.

Café da manhã inicia às 7h00 mas estava sem algumas opções. Não havia ninguém para fazer a tapioca e o pão de queijo veio apenas às 7h30. Quanto aos funcionários são todos ótimos e prestativos, principalmente o Felipe na recepção e a mocinha no bar da piscina.

Pousada muito boa. Piscina aquecida. Próxima das praias. Bem pertinho da rua Pituba onde ficam os principais restaurantes, lanchonetes e pizzarias. Funcionários atenciosos. Bom café da manhã. Foi nossa segunda estádia na pousada e, se voltarmos uma terceira ver a Itacaré, certamente hospedaremos na pousada pedra torta.
