Clean hotel, good quality coffee, only when stander has drawer air conditioning, it makes a lot of noise, but the luxury room has split air conditioning, very good.

QUANDO CHEGUEI DIA 30.12 AO QUARTO, CONSTATEI QUE NÃO TINHA TOALHA DE ROSTO E NEM DE BANHO. CAMAREIRA INFORMOU QUE NÃO TINHA CHEGADO DA LAVANDERIA.
DIA 01.01.22 CHEQUE QUARTO 16 H E AINDA ESTAVAM LIMPANDO. ESPEREI TERMINAR. DEPOIS CONSTATEI QUE NÃO TINHA TOLHAS DE ROSTO E BANHO. UMA COISA QUE CONSTATEI, NOS ESCONTOS DAS CAMAS UM CALOR DEMASAIADO. ACHO QUE DEVE SER DE ALGUMA COISA ENCOSTADO NA PAREDE NA PEÇA ANTERIOR.

Hotel com boa localização, próximo ao porto. Possui estacionamento pequeno porém tem vagas disponíveis em frente. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto e banheiro limpos, cama confortável. Café da manhã farto e diversificado. Voltaria a me hospedar, certamente.

Cama ruim, antiga e com molas soltas. Travesseiro alto. Banheiro limpo, porém antigo. Café da manhã fraco, com comidas azedas no buffet. A camareira entrava no quarto todos os dias, mesmo solicitando para não entrarem, inclusive à gerente do hotel. Internet estável. TV com canais pagos.

Uma hospedagem completa para pessoas sem frescuras. excelente localização com fácil acesso a qualquer canto da cidade, quartos completos sem necessidade de luxo, café da manha extraordinário com muitas opções e reposições constantes, funcionários educados e prestativos. banheiro apesar de ainda antigo funciona perfeitamente, o chuveiro é excelente com muita pressão , muita agua e na temperatura que a pessoa quiser. Estadia foi muito satisfatória, vale cada centavo do valor.

atendimento da equipe do balcão muito boa, café com bem servido com bastante variedade. Quarto com cama boa e banheiro bom. O que deixa a desejar é o estacionamento privativo do hotel que tem somente 5 vagas.

Hotel bem localizado, quartos simples e estrutura também, mas aconchegante e chuveiro bom, o unico problema que vejo e que em Itajai não tem hoteis com muitas vagas de garagem, mas eu consegui a minha hehehhehe. Recomendo e com certeza se precisar me hospedarei novamente. E no quarto que fiquei uma vista de frente para a pracinha que no verão deve ser ótimo para apreciar.
