A very, very good experience. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming, and was especially nice to us. The shuttle was also very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The hotel has a microwave, but no food service, so remember to bring your own food when you return home in the evening and leave in the morning. Overall, it was a very good experience. If you visit, be sure to contact the front desk in advance to arrange a shuttle. They can send a car to pick you up at Izu Kogen Station for 1,000 yen per trip. I personally think it's very affordable.

Except for the remoteness, I think everything else is good. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helped me with luggage. My luggage was very big. The room is a Japanese-style room and is well maintained.
