Really great hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They will try to accommodate any request. The room was big and clean and sunny. I was at first put in a smokers room, but then they changed me to a really nice clean room. Make sure you request a non smoking room if you don't smoke. This is a great hotel and great location right near busmane. There is some traffic noise, but not too bad - normal for the middle of a city. I would definitely stay here again. The staff do everything they can to help and make you feel at home.

I had never imagined that a hotel in the heart of Izmir could be this dirty and old. The room we were shown didn't even have a window, although it was written that it had a view of the city.
