Onsen at a historical wooden building with great dinner. Public onsen is small but ok. Price a bit high.

Stay here if you love food, one of the best meals I’ve ever had in a ryokan. Service was great considering the staff couldn’t speak English, they had google translate on standby and a little broken japanese goes a long way.

After cleaning the room, there will be a pair of women's underwear and a sanitary napkin stuck to it on your bedside table. I was communicating with Ctrip when I left the hotel today. I feel that their staff did it on purpose, or the hotel is not clean and a bit creepy.

A typical Japanese hot spring hotel. I am quite satisfied with the beautiful environment and indoor hot spring (with its own hot spring in the room). However, I hope there won't be such a steep staircase in the room, which is not suitable for the elderly.

It seems to be a traditional Japanese room renovation, very flavorful The room is a duplex and has stairs. Elderly people should be careful about slipping. The bathroom has hot spring water, but the bathtub is too thin, which is a pity The water temperature of the outdoor hot spring is relatively low, which is suitable for those who are taking a hot spring bath for the first time. The food is rich, including abalone! There are crabs! There are cows! And very delicious

The worst experience in a hot spring hotel, bar none! The hotel is quite secluded, and there are no convenience stores around, which is very inconvenient. After checking in, I found that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there were residual hair, which was disgusting. Because it was on the second floor, the water pressure was not good. The water stopped halfway through the shower and I had to wait for a while before the water came back. If these are not a big deal, then the next thing is even more infuriating. My friend stayed with me on the first night, and she sent another friend to live with her before she left the next day. From the beginning to the end, there were only two people every night, just different guests, but the hotel actually charged a third person. I explained it very clearly to the hotel. My first friend only stayed in the room for a while (no more than 1 hour) the next day and left, and did not use any hotel facilities. She just sent someone over, but this was not okay. They had to charge more money, and their attitude was bad. Their English was very poor. They couldn't explain the reason for the charge, and they were afraid that we would call the police if we didn't pay. It was really speechless, a big thunder. You must avoid this hotel. The experience is too bad!

I was able to relax. I stayed in a maisonette-type room. The overall atmosphere was retro, and even the hallways had a sense of age. As expected from the attention to detail, the lights in the building were all very nice and beautiful. The lighting in the room was mainly indirect lighting, creating a warm space that was easy on the eyes. The rooms have hot springs in cypress baths, but they are compact, so I didn't go in this time lol It wasn't busy due to the schedule, so we had the large bath almost to ourselves. The large bath can accommodate up to 4 people, so it must be difficult when it's crowded 💦 The hot spring was light and felt good. The food was delicious, but it was too much for me, who tends to eat little, and I couldn't finish it. The wasabi rice for breakfast was very delicious! I was very satisfied, but the only thing that was a bit disappointing was the limited variety of amenities. The room was thoughtfully equipped with things like a ReFa hair dryer, so I thought it would be great if they provided amenities that women would enjoy. I thought that even just adding a hair tie or a body towel would make a big difference in the sense of satisfaction.
