Check-in was quick and easy. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and odor free. The bed was comfy with plenty of comfortable pillows. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't get in my room, so the staff switched my room from a king with a sitting area to a queen with a chair. And told me I wouldn't be charged. I shouldn't be charged for a down grade, I should get a discount.

Dirty and not well maintained! Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night waking the entire family up. Staff denied it. Terrible experience!

We got the last room in the area due to fall festivities all around. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of pillows on the bed to choose from. The hotel was close to the downtown area. Had to leave early in the morning, so can't comment on the free breakfast. Overall nice stay.

The staff was really nice, but the building is really old and hasn’t been maintained. The bathroom was whipped down but not clean and it kinda smelled.

Unlike my previous stay it was very nice and clean. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
