The location was very convenient. It was just the right distance away from the busy tourist area but accessible by a short rickshaw ride.
The service and staff were excellent. They catered for any request and were extremely attentive. There were not ***y amenities in the rooms and the towels were stained to the point that we couldn’t use them. If you did need anything extra the staff were very helpful to provide it.
The rooftop is not accessible outside of breakfast which isn’t clearly stated and would’ve been good to know before booking.

The stay was amazing! Loved the ambience of the room.. had an amazing stay!! Food was delicious and cheap price all over was great experience at sarangpalace hotel we booked next time for stay , and definitely recommend other to stay here osm vibes

Stay was fantastic because the room was properly ***aged and was clean and service was also good. There were other services for Birthday and other celebration which is really good but we were not able to use, better next time. I will recommend this for family or couple for sure.

We had a great time staying at this place, food was very good. Dinner and breakfast have a lot of different options, rooms are clean, staff is accommodating , excellent staff food was delicious in cheap rate they served breakfast in buffet system and more quality they served in buffet ,

Wonderful hotel and excellent staff, service and food. Candlelight dinner was extremely good, excellent food and drinks and service. Breakfast buffet was delicious and breakfast staff very humble and in pleasant mood every morning. Stayed for 3 nights, every day was very pleasant from morning to night. Housekeeping staff also extremely responsive for all needs. Book without hesitation whether coming solo or as family. Hotel area also very convenient for shops and transportation.

Hotel stay was good , staffs were very polite , good location to stay, enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was very tasty....lovely experience. Peacock theme room was super luxurious experience.. Good guidance provided for sightseeing. Happy moment!!!
