Upgrade was fantastic great hotel and very professional staff. Guest in next door room was very noisy guests were very loud and rude with banging doors.

The staff was very attentive and very professional made my late arrival 1:00 a.m. easy for me to pick up my room key, and within minutes be in my room relaxing.

This was awful, the room smelled alot of fresh paint. I had a room that is was connected with other room. The people was making a lot of noise.
